The 2 people working were having issues with the cash register. No big deal, I was being patient. What was an issue is 1. Wrong breakfast sandwich. Ordered bacon got sausage, 2. The hash browns which are usually good, was one pile of greasy mush. No way should that have been put out to a customer! They were not busy, no excuse. I took my order home, otherwise I would have brought it to their attention. I'll stick with the Dunks on North St.

Never get to coffee, right? Forget about the food. Very rude dinner safe. Welcome to Dunkin donut, tell me I take it over. It's usually like this when you pull up to the drive through. Yup, that's not professional. Nobody knows English, very, very. Rude Dunkin donut franchises needs to have a class. In order to work there, they always mess up my coffee. And then when I tell them to make it right. They wanna charge me more. It's a disgrace, and it's not just Dunkin Donuts. It's McDonald's Burger King Taco Bell wendy's, etc. Also way over price, I mean, come on. Lekoni's horrible, you know. Almost $2 for 1 doughnut. Death. Just crazy, and now it's almost $4 for a nice coffee. What happened to 250 worth? If I ever own a franchise of any of these companies. I would put all of you out Of business

My go to dunks. Everyone in the drive thru is so happy and joyful every single day. It brightens my day going there and being greeted with such positive attitudes! The first time I was like wow they're happy then it was every time and I knew I'd only be going to this location. They also killl it making my coffee. It is perfect every time! Can't recommend this location's enough! I don't go on weekends but Shoutout to the drive thru crew M-F

Don’t go here. Believe the bad reviews. I just waited in long line for 10min only to have an employee come out and put a We Are Closed sign on the speaker box in the drive thru at 12:55pm. No forewarning like a cone to block people from getting in drive thru. Just turned away like 10 cars. 10min to have these crapheads do that, who does this?? Take your business elsewhere, there are so many other Dunkin Donuts nearby. Take heed, they also over cook food most the time and are rude. Only good at slinging donuts. Never again people, never again!

Went in this morning to get coffee and donuts, both ladies the counter were just speaking Portuguese to the 4 people behind me who were waiting for their order. Stood there for 5 minutes and finally just left.

Easily one of worst Dunks in the area. Take forever to get your stuff. They are always out of things. It’s not just me as I see others commenting how slow service is. Never give me a receipt knowing I will blast them. Stay away.
Went thru the drive thru to get the "usual" and the person insisted it was the price on the screen which was $4 more than usual. After questioning this twice I get "oh, you're right"?

Have to go through the drive through due to "staffing shortages." I'm okay with that, I get it. Had to repeat my very basic order multiple times. Okay, no big deal. Get to the window, employee taking the money is shoving food in their mouth, does't say hi, hands us the food and a receipt with smudge from their fingers on it. To top it off, the small coffee is watered down...gross. And the frozen coffee has a rancid taste to it. Do yourself a favor and just drive by this location.

They need to add that this location only has drive through service. I just tried going into the dining room at a little past 6 pm and their doors are locked. Got two coffees on the drive thru without issues. Service was ok otherwise.
