A group of lady’s work there depends on who you get if they get you’re order right. They purposefully make mistakes and when corrected one specific women has a whole attitude and snarky look in her face like if I’m forcing her to do her job… unfortunately the lady has been on window duty for a while and since she has been put there getting breakfast just feels like putting myself in a uncomfortable spot.

Yikes. MANAGERS need to make more of an appearance here. I go to numerous dunks across North Shore and this is the worst one by far. Did Mobile drive thru pickup order. Ordered caramel craze signature latte and a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese on it. I noticed at first there was no cinnamon sugar or caramel on my drink, but I thought whatever they’re probably busy and forgot the toppings, but it was all milk and not at all what I usually order. They put just a plain cold bagel uncut in a bag. I went back to the location and went inside to let them know I needed my order redone and no one wanted to acknowledge my existence. no other customers and it took 15 to 20 minutes before a lady redid my bagel and she had to ask someone three different times to please redo my latte. They also were spraying cleaning chemicals near the open donut bins.

the worst dunks i have ever been to. they always mess up orders, delivery, in person, or drive thru. they always seem to be on their phones or talking to each other. they make you wait 15 minutes before they even speak at the drive thru speaker and wait longer for just a single coffee. i am considering calling corporate.

WORST SERVICE EVER. MULTIPLE PEOPLE ON THE SPEAKER PHONE. TALKED TO US IN A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE AT THE WINDOW AND WE COULD NOT UNDERSTAND. UPON ASKING FOR RECEIPT WE WERE TOLD THAT IT WOULD COME OUT WITH THE ORDER.

Number one. Almost none of the dunkin' donuts have returned to inside seating. I think it's because they want to discourage homeless people. Number two we go there for coffee not donuts. The donuts suck ever since they stopped making them every 4 hours and each location. Number three. The breakfast croissants are a good meal except now way overpriced. Number four. Some Dunkin donuts make their own prices and do not adhere to company suggested pricing. Check the price before you purchase. You may be surprised!

They consistently get my order wrong. Every time I go there I ask for a caramel swirl with almond milk and it always comes out different. I have had to change my coffee order so they’ll make it right but even then they manage to mess it up. Also they often give me the wrong food too.
