Number one. Almost none of the dunkin' donuts have returned to inside seating. I think it's because they want to discourage homeless people. Number two we go there for coffee not donuts. The donuts suck ever since they stopped making them every 4 hours and each location. Number three. The breakfast croissants are a good meal except now way overpriced. Number four. Some Dunkin donuts make their own prices and do not adhere to company suggested pricing. Check the price...

Parking: They had a lot of parking spaces but this place can get very busy but if that one is busy you could just go further down the road to the other Dunkin' Donuts across the street from Century House Restaurant because they are the same owner and they're just as good

Last week ordered my usual, 2 coffees & 2 sandwiches. When arriving home & opening order, I was given sausage instead of bacon. I called the store (420 Newbury St. Danvers MA) and phone rang and rang with NO answer, numerous times!Just went this morning for my usual order, watched my sandwiches being made (w/ bacon), when women turned around with sandwiches I told her they were mine (mobil order), she said “NO”! I said yes, that it what I ordered she said “NO”...
