Ordered a simple coffee through the drive-thru and I literally waited 5 minutes at the window was not a person acknowledging me I was beeping my horn and nobody came I had to leave I went up the street a few hundred feet there was another dunkin' donuts went in there and I was out in 2 minutes tops the worst dunkin' donuts drive-thru I ever been through in my life.

Got a bagel toasted with cream cheese toasted and it wasn't toasted and the cream cheese was on one part of the bagel in one big ball, no knife to spread it out. Drive through was really confused it was a slow time of the day. DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTING!!!
