Wow, what a treat! Falafel Mom truly delivered.. Every bite of the falafel sandwich and falafel platter was bursting with flavor. The falafel was perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, the fatayer? Pure deliciousness. Can't wait to go back!
Ordered a chicken shawarma, lady behind the counter asked if I wanted a plate. I asked what the difference was and she said it came with rice. I said and reiterated that ultimately I was after the wrap.
Food came out and it's rice and all the ingredients of the wrap in a Styrofoam box. Frustrating but not the end of the world, what sealed the deal is for $20 I got very little dried out chicken and rice with ketchup drizzled over it... disappointing

I stopped by Liberty Tree Mall just planning to grab a few things, but I ended up discovering an unexpected gem tucked away insideānow officially my new go-to for a quick and delicious bite. I picked up some falafel, hummus, and garlic yogurt to bring home for an afternoon snack, and every single bite was packed with authentic flavor and homemade goodness.
What made the experience even more special was meeting the wonderful women behind the counterāFalafel Mom herself and her lovely granddaughter. You can tell right away that this is a small, family-owned business built on love, tradition, and hard work. Their warmth and hospitality made the visit just as memorable as the food.
Itās rare to find such an authentic and heartwarming spot in a mall, and Iām so glad I stumbled upon it. Iāll definitely be backāand next time, Iām bringing friends.

The food we got looks nothing like the photos on the menu. The food was okay. But its very different than expected (wrap instead of pita sandwich). Probably the healthiest thing you'll find in this mall. But I'm confused why this place is rated so highly.

Went here as a quick bite at the mall and was SUCH a pleasant surprise!!! Was absolutely delicious!!! Will be going back for sure!! I mean, really fresh hot and outstanding. Hidden gem.

I went there today, but after many times going there before, I can say that the consistency of the food being amazing is why I finally had to provide a review. It's in the mall so there is plenty of seating, which also says so much about the quality being so unexpectedly superb. I highly recommend this place, as the staff are really wonderful people as well!
