I come here every time I'm in the area. I have a pretty extremely high spice tolerance so I get the Cry Bird because its actually suuuuper spicy. A lot of places will advertise something as being spicy but are usually underwhelming. Flip the Bird knows how to do spicy correctly!! Haven't had a single bad experience. Highly recommend.

By far the best hot chicken sandwiches we’ve had. A simple menu with well-executed food. We had the Nashville Hot, the Buff Chick, fries and vanilla shakes. The chicken was just spicy enough and the flavor of this fresh chicken breast was outstanding. Sometimes these Nashville hots can be so hot that you deaden your taste buds. Not here. It’s BIG flavor. The one slight negative was that the room was freezing cold and the ceilings are so high the restaurant is loud. There were many to-go orders going out the door, and it would be great if there were a few picnic tables in warmer weather. Overall, we give very high marks for the food and service. We will go again and again.

Went to this location two weeks ago after receiving a gift card. We placed our order and never received the fries that we ordered. The manager gave us a card for a free sandwich. We went today and I ordered a Grilled chicken sandwich and received a Fried Chicken sandwich. I don't think we will be returning as my wife was done with her meal before I even received mine. This store needs more training
