I had to come on here and hope my message reaches the baddie working the register yesterday: Thank you so much for the compliment, it really boosted my confidence YOU'RE really pretty, the lashes ate ? Back to review: I really love the hot chicken here ? My bf has a really high spice tolerance (we're talking genuinely enjoys 2x Buldak ramyun-level) and he couldn't finish the Cry Bird ? Do NOT let your hubris end you! The Angry Bird is perfectly delicious!! Super flavorful and deliciously crispy fried chicken ♡
The staff was friendly and accommodating when I realized I needed to make a change to my order. We attend this location on occasion and always have a good experience

Not worth the price I expect above average food for premium price not McDonalds quality food I'd rather drive the extra 18 miles to get to a KFC then order stop here again

Great service, very nice people, came in around closing time and didn't feel rushed at all. The food was amazing, the chicken sandwiches were crispy and delicious! Thank you for a much needed recharge on a long day!

Order was ready 2 minutes after submitted online so no shocker that both sandwiches and fries were cold by the time we picked up (which was still before the expected order pickup time) and honestly, the fries and even the sandwiches had the very obvious taste that they had been had been sitting around. They were dead when we picked up so suspecting that was the case. Not sure why the p/u time was so quick, surely you have that figured out by now? I would suggest you do better if you want customers to return, based on this experience, I won't.

I’ve used to come to this place all the time when it first opened. Recently it has gone down hill. Longer wait times. Sloppy not put together food on top of it being correctly done. And the icing on the cake. I got hair in my food. Both the fries and my sandwich. I’m considering not going here anymore because of this.
