The only thing I’ve had from this restaurant is the egg drop soup …. Not sure exactly what it was made with .. but …………………’ I spent 7 bucks on it and in the toilet it went…. Very disappointing also he cursed out the man who called and complained … so eat wisely!!! …. Very bad attitude this man ! Owner cook idk 🤷♀️

I am absolutely appalled at the way I was just treated by the man working. He yelled at me to the point I was in tears walking out of the restaurant. Here are the facts:
-I ordered at 11:43. He told me they don’t open until noon but the food would be ready in 20 minutes. I said that is fine and appreciated they took the order early as I didn’t know that. -I arrive (along with other customers) a few minutes after 12pm to the door locked. -We finally are let in. I said I was there for pickup. I immediately was getting yelled at by the man saying I TOLD YOU WE DON’T OPEN UNTIL NOON. To which I calmly reply I know, but you told me 20 minutes so that’s why I am here, at 20 minutes as you instructed. He then continues to yell at me repeatedly. I simply say I do not know why you’re yelling at me. I am just trying to feed lunch to my kids and my 95 year old grandmother who is a frequent and loyal customer. -he continues to yell at me saying he will cancel the order. I get upset due to the way he was speaking to me and leave.
I would have been 100% fine waiting as I know he took my order early but it was the manner he was speaking to me from the start that left me in utter disbelief. If it was going to be an issue, why did he take the order early? Why not tell me 30 minutes? I called back where he not only continued to yell at me, he hung up on me. Again, my family frequently orders from here and we have always been perplexed at their customer service skills, but this time I am so disappointed an older adult man would speak to a young female customer in the aggressive manner he did. I never leave reviews but felt compelled as it seems this terrible customer service is a common theme here. I do not know how they will remain in business when there are so many other kind and caring local business owners.

Terrible place the owner of the place charged me for a soup that tasted like vomit , I told him twice that is was terrible and tasteless and he told me he will charge me. I Couldn’t even eat it!!!!!! I am very fair and generous and I have been in all the restaurants around the Northshore and I won’t recommend this restaurant, they don’t know how to treat a good client with respect. Also the Cheff is really bad. I will tell all my friends around town about this.

This was the worst Chinese food I have ever had! The fried Jumbo shrimp was bitter tasting( old cooking oil?), and the dumplings were mostly dough, with the meat slipping out when cut with a fork.
