Was very curious about Kelly’s post-PE acquisition. I’ve been coming to the Danvers location since it opened. Typically, always amazing.
I’m not sure if all locations have declined, but Danvers is noticeable. Honestly would have been two stars, but the Frappes still seem to be the same as they were.
Fries have been changed & Grilled Cheese was mediocre at best. Three stars is absolutely generous, unfortunately.

Monday 02/16 @ 12pm. I pulled into grab a sandwich and drink. $20+ and I ordered a lg RB w/ sauce & mayo. I was served a sandwich on a dry and stale roll not even warm. The sandwich was thrown together with no meat on half the bun and the rest either in the container or on one side of the bun. Barely any sauce and even less mayo. The roast beef was cold dry and crunchy on the edges. More like yesterday’s left overs. Shame on you Kelly’s! Do better! 👎

Beyond frustrating when you get home from picking up a takeout order for it to be completely wrong. When you order online, you itemize out everything so for it to be royally screwed up, either workers just don't care or they are too dumb for a basic job.
Somehow a hamburger with lettuce and pickles is turned into a cheeseburger with bacon. Huh?
A roast beef with sauce turned into a roast beef with mayo, onion and lettuce. Huh?
Can't take the 20 minute drive back because pickup was on lunch break.
I'm not sure if Shane is still the manager but after this 3rd messed up online order, we're done. Posted on every north shore social media food group I am a part of.

Things have changed. I used to go here a lot. My favorite meal was the chicken salad roll with a side of fries. The roll was toasted with perfection with melted butter. The chicken salad was tasty.
But now, the chicken salad roll is gone from the menu, along with many other things. I ordered a Crispy Chicken Roll after I discovered that my fav chicken salad roll was not available. The sandwich was poorly assembled. The fries were colder than room temperature.
It makes me sad when old favorites play with the menu and make it worse.
Got my order today no onion rings it should have been with my order 5 scallops and 9 claims for 2 people Ile go back to Revere and saugus Kelly's roast beef

Went in and ordered to go. I requested a grilled chicken sandwich-no bun. When I got home it was a regular grilled chicken sandwich WITH A BUN!! Had to throw the sandwich away because of medical issues with bread!! I could accept this if it was busy, I was the only person in line to order. The workers were just standing around doing nothing!!! Never will I go there again!!
