We were disappointed with the food the first time we went there, but we decided to give it a second chance. It has been some time since our first visit. I tried the chicken parm the first visit and chicken marsala the second. Neither dish had the flavor I'd expect from a high end Italian restaurant. The Marsala didn't taste like marsala and was a darker color than any chicken marsala I've ever had. There was also no prosciutto, or any type of ham used in it - just mushrooms. The sauce for the chicken Parmesan was rather bland. I give it high marks for the service. Each time I have been there our waiter/waitress was professional, friendly, courteous, very helpful, and did not rush us in anyway. After dinner, we had another drink at the bar, and the bartenders were great as well. I found the atmosphere extremely loud our first visit to the restaurant. I noticed that they have acoustic panels on the ceiling and walls. I can't recall if they were there the first time. Perhaps they have added them to help control the noise level.  I can't blame the restaurant for the atmosphere this time, as we were seated next to a family that did little to stop their child, about 3 or 4, from screaming at the top of her lungs. And when she was not screaming she was watching something on a tablet at full volume.  No amount of acoustic panels could diffuse those sounds, and a restaurant can't control their guests manners.  In the end, you choose to go to a restaurant like that for the food first and foremost. The lovely decor, beautiful bar, and great staff are nice, but if I don't like my meal, that's all for not.

I have been a repeat customer because I've always enjoyed the food there. However, last night, it was not great. My pork was overcooked, and it was served with mashed potatoes and fingerling potatoes as my vegetable. I've never been to a restaurant where I have been served two types of potatoes s as d no other vegetable. The waitress was excellent. However, when I questioned her about the two potatoes, she said that was how they were presenting the special for the evening. There was nothing special about dinner.
We had an awesome waitress - Deanna She was just great - great service, friendly and funny! We sat in a corner - half booth and it was not loud at all- food was delicious and we all had a great time!
Great food and service. Chris was great. The veal chop parmigiana was unbelievable. I am a veal parmigiana freak. That is the first time I had veal parmigiana like that. Can't wait to get the same thing next time. My friend doesn't eat veal and he loved it and said he was getting it next time. Eggplant Rollatini was excellent. I've cold beer and a nice bottle of Bonanza with the meal.

We went for first time to celebrate my girlfriend's Bday. We ordered cocktails which came quickly and generous. We had their meatball appetizer which was large and juicy, our mains were pork chops and veal picatta. Both of these were well prepared and generous portions. We enjoyed the mini cannoli provided as a Bday dessert. Throughout the meal our waiter Chris and other staff were very attentive and cordial. Couldn't ask for a better evening especially for our first visit!
Our waitress Sydney was phenomenal! Everything was delicious but when you add great service it's just the cherry on top especially when you have a special occasion...she made our date night extra special. We'll definitely be back!

Allison was awesome! Very busy bar area with lots of atmosphere. A singer, guitar player who was great! We got the veal chop Milanese and squash ravioli, which were both excellent. Definitely will come back!

We went for a quick dinner and it was a pleasant experience. We were seated very quickly. The drinks were good and the food was very good. I would definitely go back in the future.Vegetarian options: Eggplant Parmesan is excellent!
I dined here with my husband, brother-in-law and sister-in-law on Sunday evening. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and I must say we were all so pleased with the outstanding service we received from our waiter, Chris. He was fantastic from start to finish. Friendly, engaging, attentive and went beyond what we expected and hoped for. He really made the evening special for us. All of the food was prepared perfectly and was of great quality. I've been to this restaurant 3 times. The first time was great. The second time was a very bad experience for me and I really didn't want to return but this was where everyone wanted to go and I'm so glad I agreed to give it another try. Chris was the best as was everything else. Thank you, Chris, for a wonderful evening and experience.

Chris waited on us. He remembered us from a previous time there. He's a fantastic server; there when we needed something, but never pushed us to do anything! The food was excellent, as always. I had the pappardelle bolognese and my wife had the chicken piccata. We were too full for dessert, but Chris brought us a complementary chocolate liqueur. It was delicious!
