I came thru the drive thru on a Saturday. There was only one other car in drive thru when I was in line, by the time I pulled up to pay I was the only/next car to pick up at window. I ordered a kids meal for my daughter/ 4 piece chicken nugget Happy Meal. When we get home with her order there was no 4 piece nuggets for her. I called asked for a call back and no answer or response. I called again the following day to speak to Management, call went to voicemail and no response from them. Really frustrating when you have a hungry child and get her home to only find her meal was incomplete. I gave them a 2 because the employees that took order and handed me my order where respectful and polite. But I know it's not the cashier's job or the person handing the order to Qualify check, that should have been completed during packing order before it is handed to the drive thru. Do Better....$7 for a 4 piece chicken nugget, small fries and drink is way overpriced for what you are receiving.
Although this review is overdue, i was here this past Easter and couldnt say enough good things about the place. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The food was cooked fresh even though we arrived 5 mins before closing. Very positive experience all around. The staff was so kind to my daughter, and even gave her an extra toy.

Go to anthour McDonald's. Worst place out there. Can't even take a order right. Missing items. Besides being so slow. No juice in the Happy meals.

I had an issue regarding pricing. No one there seems to be able to help as they did not understand what I was saying. There is no way on the website to reach someone at the high Street location. I will take my business to another McDonald’s
