The burger was uncooked had onions when i put none and the cheese was not melted, it was cold and the meat was cold when i ate it immediately after getting it

Guys, check the order. There could be something missing. I ordered takeout and they left out the Caramel Sundae.
The employees stood around and ignored my mobile order for roughly 10 mins. Then forgot my drink. Once I received my cup, the first self-serve machine was out of syrup. The second self-service soda machine's nozzle blew off the machine, knocking the cup out of my hand and onto the floor. When I notified staff, they thought it was funny. I had to ask someone for another cup. Total Fail.

I ordered a number #5 chicken sandwich meal. Instead they gave me chicken nuggets that sucks. For $10.00.
Theses people need little more fast food training in English. Should make customers come inside until the employees are ready for drive throughs. Theses kids are trying hard in a foreign country needs more TLC.
