We ate here lately once a week and the sandwiches and subs were great. Recently it is under new management and it is horrible! The vegetables aren't fresh and ends of onions and tomatoes were in subs when they should have been thrown out. The subs were also not seasoned when we asked them to do it. Cook behind counter threw it together without care and the female at the counter was rude. Being under this new management and the care they don't put into their customers or food will put them out of business soon unless they change their practices.

Last night I figured I'd give them another try only because they are located very close to me. I had been driving further away to other sub shops when we wanted to have take-out for diner because I got a terrible sub there last year. I figured maybe it was an anomaly and I will give them another shot. We ordered three subs, and my adult son went to pick them up. He got there, was told it would be a few more minutes so he paid for them and sat down. The place was not busy being a Tuesday night. He waited over forthy-five minutes after the time they said the subs would be ready for them, which were actually ready shortly after he went in. They were place on top of a shelf or oven and forgotten about, even though he reminded them and was sitting there waiting. Not until my wife called there and asked what was going in did they find the order. No apology or any acknowledgement of their screw up, nothing, just an "oh well". The subs themselves were not good, I'm sure in no small part to being left sitting around for close to an hour for no reason. So that is the second time I have had issues with them and it will absolutely be the last time I give them a chance. They dont care about their customers and the food isn't anything to write home about anyway. All done with these guys.

Came here for lunch on a Friday afternoon with coworkers and the young girl taking orders was NOT welcoming at all, I greeted her with a hello and put a soda on the counter and right away she goes “is that it” with attitude…no can I tell you my order instead of rushing me ? Not only that but the steak and cheese I got was incredibly dry and had absolutely no flavor to it, I paid 23$ for a small steak and cheese with a large fry I split and a drink. Definitely not worth coming here save your money and go somewhere else where they aren’t rude to you.
I didn't like the fish sandwich. Next time I'll try something different I'm sure they got better things to offer

Got a large buffchicken listed at $22 added onions, mushrooms, peppers charged me $33 total. Never told me till I got there. Calzone over loaded with onions, small chicken portion only in the middle of the calzone. Kinda a bummer all together.
