nothing to do with the food or service. screaming kid for 20 minutes straight. no staff member asking them to quiet their kid.

The service was absolutely amazing. Our waitress was very nice amazing very customer service friendly. We had a problem with our dishes and she was very understanding got us new dishes. The manager came out and was very apologetic to us. We appreciate the amazing service and customer service we experienced.

We visited Olive Garden after making a reservation specifically for the Never Ending Pasta Bowl promotion, which was clearly listed on the restaurant’s website as available. However, when we arrived, we were informed that the promotion was no longer valid. This was quite disappointing, especially since the website still showed it as active at the time of our reservation.

That being said, the service itself was excellent, and the staff was very polite. Still, the misleading information on the website left us feeling dissatisfied with the overall experience.

The food here is amazing and the people are the kindest and amazing workers Ive encountered with. I would come here a lot with my kids and husband and they love it as much as I do. I would recommend coming here to enjoy a nice Friday evening with some friends and family with the people you love.

Restaurant was nice, service was excellent, unfortunately I'm keto so its hard to order items from certain restaurants, all my family's food looked excellent & large portions... I ordered the steak with asparagus.... the steak was tasty but small, the asparagus was diced ... I've never seen that before & it was supposed to have garlic & butter but it did not, by plate was pricey... they need to offer a low carb / keto option for people with dietary restrictions, the salad was excellent & they did make mine without croutons
