The best part of the Danvers Location is an employee, whose name is Terry. He is always smiling ,upbeat ,helpful ,and changes your mood if you need that ! He makes that location run smoothly, very aware of all aspects of the store,REALLY!!! He goes above and beyond and deserves recognition and a pay raise

They were so nice here! The manager (?) walked through with baked good samples and he greeted all his regulars by name, and the atmosphere was just so warm and welcoming, especially for a Panera in a relatively empty mall. I don't write many reviews, but I just thought it was so lovely.

There’s one taller manager who works in the morning who’s friendly and knowledgeable and makes the ordering experience nice so good service there. But unfortunately I’ve had to stop going since I went in one day and as I was ordering with another manager, saw a rat run across the kitchen. The manager also saw it and didn’t say anything but I will not be eating at a place that has rats running around.

Unprofessional workers I can’t give review on food because it never came!!!! & now I have to wait till the next day or 2 for my money back

The new croissant Toast grilled cheese with caramelized onions, I give it a 4.5 out of 10.
The bread is ok, needed more butter, there was not even a hint of butter flavor. The caramelized onions are WAY too sweet. There was no cheese pull. All in all, disappointing.
It also wasnt waiting in the rapid pickup box but inside the window where they work. So I sat there waiting for them to put it out after I got notified it was ready for about 5 minutes.

I went to the Panera in Danvers about two weeks ago and the cashier was a beautiful, patient, and very kind woman. I was a little stressed because it was a Monday and had already started off bad, but all her kindness and smile made my day better. I don't know her name, I only remember that it started with the letter K, I went back there twice more but didn't see her to thank her. Besides that, the food was great, the service was more than perfect.

Terry at this location is so nice and helped me out when I wasn't sure what to order. It gets busy here and is more of a like Go in and get the thing kinda place but the staff is always nice and the food is classic Panera bread.
