I went to the Panera in Danvers about two weeks ago and the cashier was a beautiful, patient, and very kind woman. I was a little stressed because it was a Monday and had already started off bad, but all her kindness and smile made my day better. I don't know her name, I only remember that it started with the letter K, I went back there twice more but didn't see her to thank her. Besides that, the food was great, the service was more than perfect.

Terry at this location is so nice and helped me out when I wasn't sure what to order. It gets busy here and is more of a like Go in and get the thing kinda place but the staff is always nice and the food is classic Panera bread.

Mariel I guess is a manager she had a bad attitude reply that we was driving her crazy we just asking for deal information after she provided the soup and big container we asked if is possible we want and individual cup she was with really bad attitude and said no!! I’m disappointed bcz all the time my family and me we came and this is the first time someone denied and individual dish supposed

I order thin sliced miche bread and most of the time I get thick sliced which I do not want. The manager said when they are busy they slice the bread ahead of time and I would get what is next in line. What? Won’t be coming back sharp n.

Food was horrible I found what I believe to be a hair in my soup the service was unbelievably horrible very rude seeemed like they didn’t want to be there the tables also looked like they didn’t clean after people use then not very hygienic overall I wouldn’t recommend wasting your hard earned money on this place take your money somewhere worthwhile.

I bought 100 dollars gift card and coffee and cookies. All decanters were cold! Slow service to rectify this. Most seats hard wood with no cushions. No microwave available to customers. Less inclined to patronize Panera's

I came in at the last minute to order lunch to go- Mariel was at the counter and took my order. Well, you are LUCKY to have her. She was warm and friendly. - When I mentioned I was getting over a cold so the little spice in the soup would be good she said “I hope you feel better”. She also came over to make sure I was waiting in the correct spot to pick up my food. You’ve got a good one there!!!
