The food is good but expensive. The atmosphere is negative 10 stars. Wait in line to give your order, then wait in line to pick up your food at an ugly delivery window. That experience is okay for a doordash delivery person, but not for a paying customer. By the way, this Panera bread location is on its third decor remodel. Each remodel was less charming and more like any other fast food restaurant. Why do all the chains waste money on redecorating instead of keeping prices low?

I’m glad I see more people on the reviews praising Terry who works at this location. He deserves all the credit and praise. I saw his interaction with the family before me and he was genuinely the same friendly and kind with me as well! You go in for a meal and leave lighter and happier after talking to him. Food was delicious, by the way.

We have been going weekly for breakfast for a couple of years and have never had a problem. The coffee containers are always full and the food is always hot. Terry by far, is the hardest worker that I have seen!

The best part of the Danvers Location is an employee, whose name is Terry. He is always smiling ,upbeat ,helpful ,and changes your mood if you need that ! He makes that location run smoothly, very aware of all aspects of the store,REALLY!!! He goes above and beyond and deserves recognition and a pay raise

They were so nice here! The manager (?) walked through with baked good samples and he greeted all his regulars by name, and the atmosphere was just so warm and welcoming, especially for a Panera in a relatively empty mall. I don't write many reviews, but I just thought it was so lovely.
