Decided to give this place a try based off all the amazing reviews and I’m so happy we did! I got the salted caramel latte which was absolutely perfect with just the right amount of sweetness. My boyfriend got the oat and honey latte which was also incredible. For food we tried the chorizo & Gruyère scone warmed up with butter which did not disappoint. I also noticed the employees greeting customers by their first name which I appreciated. Can’t wait to come back ✨

I love seeing the amazement when someone takes their first bite of a scone or breakfast sandwich. Complete bewilderment that a scone can be so flaky and flavorful, that the egg can be so fluffy and plentiful.
Oh, and the other GF member of the group could not believe that bread is gluten free. I was asked "Are you sure?????" at least four times.

I have been going to Rebel since they first opened. I really enjoyed the iced coffee and the scones (warmed with butter!) are outstanding. The sandwiches (BLT with spice-rubbed bacon and roasted tomatoes- my personal fav) are delicious and made with great ingredients. But the main reason I keep going back is because of the outstanding service. The employees are friendly and welcoming. They always greet me and my children with a smile. This spot is such a great addition to downtown...
