A piece of a plastic bag was cooked into my pizza tonight and I nearly choked. I'll never be back. Pay attention to what ur doing. There was two grown adults working, I'm So disgusted. There is no excuse.

Expensive and inconsistent 14 dollars for 3 slices. Not a discount for old pizza or just tell someone To get whole pizza. The dough always undercoked or soggy. Cool dough. Before you put cheese on then cook toppings before

Waited over a hour and thirty minutes after the opening time. Employee refused to serve several customers complaining he works too much. When I tried to order he said “we are not open yet” smh no wonder your going out of business

gross employees ive seen the old guy touch money and really touch my pizza the employees are super rude stopped going here there really going down just close already. the old guy literally smokes cigarettes in the hallway and just looks dirty he does not have no professionalism it's nasty. Company should be embarrassed to have an employee like that.

This review is for the newly opened Regina Pizzeria in Beverly. First let me say that when a new restaurant opens there needs to be a visible presence on site, every day, of management. This presence ensures that operation goes smoothly and that their food going out the door is perfectly made, and to all the specifications that a customer asked for.My family ordered 2 pizzzas to be ready at 5 p.m., with the addition of 2 salads and 2 drinks. We were having company and wanted to serve dinner on time. When I returned to Regina Pizzeria at 5 p.m. the pizza had not even been rolled, topped with cheese or nowhere near ready for the oven. It would be at least an additional 30 minutes of wait time. When I brought the pizzas home, they were made incorrectly and not to the specification I requested, the dough was thick and had an unsatisfying crunch to the crust. The pies were doughy and did not cook to a 'crunchy' doneness. I couldn't return the pies for correction because I had hungry guests. And if you can believe it, the 2 pizzas and 2 salads, with 2 drinks cost my pocketbook $70!!! I WAS FLABERGASTED. I will never return and I doubt that this Regina Pizzeria will rise to the standard of the original in Boston. I am so very disappointed.

I've been going to this location for a long time and I can see that the quality of the pizza and the service is starting to suffer

Just as good as the others around.

Typically I LOVE Regina. It is my favorite pizza. Not to mention the Danvers location is always great until today. I ordered through Door Dash. Door Dash was great!!! I did not get the pizza that I ordered (not even close). I called Regina and "nothing they can do because I ordered through Door Dash" They offered to make another pizza but I would have to pick it up. "Sorry for the inconvenience" I ordered it from Door Dash for a reason. We are are human and we all make mistakes. Management should allow their employees to effectively fix these debacles. The refund is being issued through Door Dash and I gave my pizza away.

Good service, though I had to ask for my receipt. My kids seemed to like the pizza ?. My friend said she thought ? it was okay. She remembers visiting Regina in the North End while she was in high school. I ? thought the pizza wasn't that good. It wasn't greasy, which is good, but not a lot of flavor.Located in what's left of the food court of Liberty Tree Mall.

I recently started getting pizza by the slice and have also ordered pies delivered nearby. The pizza here is consistently good. Not too crispy not undercooked. Wait stand behind the counter are always friendly and cordial. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for good pizza.
