The workers dont know what a large means and you have to say it in there language for them to comprehend what you want. This one in particular is bad the staff will laugh if you ask for small/ medium/ large.

Got the dragon drink which was good but 70% of it was ice. And the peppermint white hot chocolate which was pretty tasty. inside was decorated pretty nice and the service was great as well.

This staff is the BEST on the Northshore. Starting with Manager Lauren and every single member of her team. Pleasant , friendly interactions , coffee always perfect. If I had 1 comment - music too loud as many of us are working , but that's my only comment. The area is always clean as well.

I have gotten my coffee from here a handful of times and the workers are just so nice, especially Finley. They didn’t have the coffee I wanted anymore (seasonal) and Finley provided suggestions I would like and my coffee turned out great!

I mentioned my soy allergy and was met with a team who cares. They got a freshly steamed milk pitcher ready and my coffee is perfect!
Finley doesn’t get paid enough for the good vibes she brings to the drive through. Seriously, that kind of customer service doesn’t exist anymore. If I didn’t love the energy of this staff so much I’d skip out completely because Brian Niccol (new CEO) is the worst.

The staff here is unreal. They'll go out of their way to get everything to you quick and the drive thru almost NEVER has a line. It's like the starbucks A-Team.
