They replaced the drive-thru with an AI chatbot that hassles you to order online. I won't be back until this AI garbage is gone. It's a shame, because the staff was doing a great job at this location, but I guess Taco Bell wants to pretend the store is run by robots.

I pre ordered through the app almost half an hour in advance, thinking it would be ready when I got there. I was with two friends who had a mobile order as well. We get to the drive thru and it was very busy which was understandable, but the line was moving very slow. We finally get to the window and they show the wrong order for me on the screen. Told them the correct name and they said to come to the window. They handed my friends their food then shut the window while we sat there for literally 20+ minutes. They were clearly ignoring us and then said they didn’t have my order. Showed them my phone with the “Order Placed” and the exact address right under it. I never got my money back and I never got my food. Also to mention the workers were all on their phones the entire time which also is probably why the service was so slow.

If I could I wouldn't give them a start at all. Every time they mess up my order. Can never get anything right. Your better off taking the 20 minute drive to the salem location. They need to step it up. One mistake is fine but the last three times I went there either my food was messed up or the order was completely wrong. Just take the drive to salem. Not worth it!!!

Worst place i ve ever been😡a chicken burrito with no chicken and no taste at all 😡i m just surprised this place is still open. The guy who gave us our food looked at me and my family with an unfriendly way, away too far from hospitality. Anyway this is my last time here and i don t suggest at all.

It's kind of heartbreaking. This is my kids favorite place to go but there's so slow... Every time we've gone there, it's at least a half an hour. 40 minute. Wait if not more and we order a head on the mobile app... update... 4 months later and it still takes forever to get your food but now at these prices they don't put half your order in. And good luck being able to explain they missed half of it.

Waited 30mins for order, still was not ready. This place needs to be audited especially on weekends and evenings shift. This location is understaffed on purpose by the greeding management and not trained properly

avoid the 186 endicott street taco bell location. their staff will get your order wrong, then call you a liar instead of admitting that they made a mistake and fixing it. the short guy with dreads and hand tattoos is a terrible employee who deserves to be fired for his terrible customer service.
This is the slowest tacobell I've ever been to. The workers all look like the don't know what they are doing. In the 30 minutes it took to get my meal only 2 people got their food.

Pretty good! Very clean establishment, would go here again.. although there is only touch screen to order inside which makes me sad. Not a fan of this ordering method at all. If you make the effort to get out of your car and go inside, think customers deserve to speak to a real employee / ask fun questions.. you know, the human experience?
