Slow service. No straws. Warm drink. No ice in machine. Waited 15 minutes before an employee told me to order on the touchscreen kiosk thing. Waited another 15 to get my food. I came here to get a bite to eat before going to the gym and now it's almost too late!

I went to the drive thru an hour and a half before it closed and the workers said they were done for the night. They explained that there were only 2 workers and that’s why they closed early. We went past the window and there were more than 2 workers. My family was looking forward to the meal. Hopefully corporate takes a look at this location and fixes it for the better. My family and I love Taco Bell, but I will never go back to that location.

I pulled up at 11:30 to a long drive though line after calling my friend and making sure this Taco Bell was open past 12 because I was mad hungry and didn’t have food at home, they said on google it said it was open until 2am but when I got to the mic they said they were only taking mobile orders but because I have a flip phone I can’t make a mobile order so I was unable to get anything which was very disappointing especially because people were there and the location was open… just not for me, I just got home to my computerI’m also disappointed because if I knew I wouldn’t be able to order I would’ve gone to the Salem one but now it’s too late to get there before it closes and from what my friend said and what I saw looking it up on google just now there’s no indication that this location won’t allow you to order in the drive through before midnight.Idk what to do but I guess you can’t get food late a night without a working smart phone, which doesn’t feel fair

The food is what you expect from taco bell. It's the service at this location that actually prompted me to write a review. I have never been to any restaurant, much less a fast food one, that had such slow service consistently. I have been here half a dozen times in the past year and every single time it has been waits in excess of 30 minutes. If I try to order ahead, they don't seem to start making the food until I arrive, and don't remember the order by the time I get to the window.

Please be so for real. I’d rather you not even give me the side of guacamole if you’re going to act like it comes out of your paycheck. This place messes up the orders 11/10 times but this is was annoying
Crunch wrap was so small and hardly any sour cream. Used to get so much more food for your dollar

This place absolutely sucks! I told the employee I wanted my meal regular NOT supreme and they still gave it to me with sour cream & tomato’s!!!!! Worst service ever I will never return back to this location and I advise everyone reading this to go to Danvers instead of Salem if you want the correct food .

I used to eat here all the time pre-covid. I thought it was well managed and very clean. First visit in years. Bad experience. There was no body at the front counter at 6 pm. on a Saturday. 5 minutes passed before I started to ask for help. 15-minute wait for a screwed up order. The store needs a good cleaning and more light. It was dim in there. Sad to see this happening. Good luck, I won't be back for more.

Horrible plaxe to eat. They mess up my order and nobody at the front to handles issues. Taco Bell is much decline due to little or no supervision of a competant manager.
