It's not one thing that is disappointing about this place, it's everything. The service was ok but every other aspect of the restaurant was disappointing. Kind of surprised it's still open.

It suck the service the food the drinks. The bathroom stings there is one waitress the Pasta was dry There is no Alfredo of sauce on it. The sushi was terrible and only 2pc and she didn't explain where in the menu to look for the sushi we told her about. The drinks for water down. Didn't taste the way we're supposed to. We spend $65.95 which wasn't worth that much And I got 3 Mozzarella Sticks and They weren't even hot and the sauce was cold too12/3/23In Danvers

Long wait time, severely understaffed (we felt horrible that the manager would only have one waitress on, on a Friday night, it was NOT fair to her) and toward the end of our meal, we and another table saw a mouse scurry across the floor. We all got our meals comp’d by whoever was in charge that night (not our drinks though), tipped the waitress, and got out of there quick

Waitress guy was nice and quick but the steak we order was HORRIBLE! Steak was very chewy and had a lot of fat… was nasty I was shocking on it. Gross ?!!!

Place was dirty and saw a mouse. The place was not even that busy. Sever was unknowable about the menu and never came to check on us, and when we asked for the manager and when she got up from the bar where she was sitting, she was rude!!! Instead of helping her employees out by making sure everything was right, she went back down and sat at the bar.

The worst TGI Fridays I’ve ever been to.I am sharing this complaint because we had a horrible experience at Fridays @ (49 Newbury st Danvers MA 01923). We still can’t believe that the manager didn’t do anything and that the waiter was allowed to treat us how he did.We arrived with our 3 small children, my husband and I. We don’t live in the area we were at a friends sons birthday close by and we decided to stop and grab something quickly before heading home. The waiter was not polite from the start and was very dismissive. After we ordered something to drink and an appetizer the waiter came to bring them and never returned to ask if we wanted to order an entree. Our kids were hungry and our 1 year old dropped his cup of water. When we finally ask if we can please get our check. The waiter starts to scream at us from across the restaurant while he’s at another table. The waiter proceeds to tell us to clean up the mess our kid made. He says I’m not hear to clean up after your kid so you pick it up right now. We couldn’t believe the disrespect. At this point the waiter is screaming at us and comes to approach my husband and still no manager in sight nothing. I mean we just couldn’t believe that this waiter could scream at us about water that my child dropped and still no one came over. After the waiter lost it and my husband lost his cool because of the disrespect. I went to ask the guy at the bar to please get a manager so that we could pay and not deal with this waiter. At this point it got so out of hand with the waiter telling my husband that he was going to hit him and getting in my husbands face. We own 7 small food businesses across Massachusetts and we would never ever treat a client in this way. The disrespect from this employee was completely uncalled for. It’s a one year old who dropped a cup of water and at the end of the day you don’t address any client from another table about how they aren’t their to clean up after our kids. I just couldn’t believe that he was doing this and a manager never intervened. The other thing that we couldn’t believe is that the table where he was standing from screaming and wouldn’t say something about how wrong it was to scream at us to clean up water that our kid dropped.This is why you should never dine in restaurants where low class people go. Low class means low class service and low class staff.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all! Especially if your asked to clean up a cup of water that your one year old dropped

Restaurant smells, waitresses couldn’t have been any slower. (Not busy) Everything we ordered was gross. Flat iron steak was fatty, and way over cooked, salad was brown, Stay away from this

We went at 8pm on a Monday night and there were a few people around the bar but really no one else in the restaurant. It took an inordinate amount of time to get our drinks and then to order. For an empty restaurant it was silly to wait so long. The food was ok. The real issue that we had was the mouse that was running around in our section. My teenagers astounded by the mouse, investigated to see if there were more and said that the hole was under a booth with steal wool plugging it and a bigger hole to the side of the steal wool. We told the bar tender who was unimpressed, and our waiter who was equally unimpressed. He brought the bill, we left cash we immediately left.

Sushi was good as well as their service. Place was clean. Kid-friendly with coloring pages and good kids menu options.

Came here for a quick lunch, and we sat there for 15-20 minutes, and all the waiter did was look at us and turn his back. He refused to wait on us, so we had to get up and leave with no service. No drinks, no food, no anything. They were extremely rude and racist. Higher better staff. No one deserves to get treated like that. I am 8 months pregnant and had my 2 year old son with me. It’s hard enough to get out of the house for us, and to be mistreated like that really hurt my heart. I hate to see racism flourishing so well in Massachusetts.

Terrible location. My friends and I visited this location to take advantage of a deal that was going on. Upon arriving to the darn near EMPTY restaurant and being escorted to our table we waited 20 minutes and no server approached us. The server actually looked in my wife’s eyes and decided to turn around. Of course we left and as we were leaving that same server was looking at us and smiling. They wont be getting our service any longer. Id like to believe this was racially motivated.
