Absolutely awful experience. Came in tonight with my husband and our three year old. Although the waitress was nice our order was completely wrong and turned into a frustrating experience trying to explain what we ordered.

The kids menu is not correct with what it lists for items and what is on the items. The kids burrito states that you get a choice of meat with cheese with rice AND beans. States this clearly on the menu.

We placed an order for two kids burritos one chicken and one beef and they came out looking like an enchilada smothered in sauce with no rice and beans.

I questioned the waitress on what this was and I'm not sure if she understood what I was saying. I kept pointing to the menu saying this wasn't what we ordered.

She kept saying it's the same thing when I was pointing to the MENU DESCRIPTION stating it just said it had a choice of meat, cheese with rice AND beans, clearly printed on the menu. Nothing about sauce on top. My son is three. If it came with sauce it should be LISTED on the menu as we would have said to not put sauce on it. Mind blowing.

After some confusion of her having no idea what I was saying - a gentleman came over and I had to explain that this isn't what we ordered again. I asked if the rice and beans were inside the burritos and he said no. I said the menu states rice and beans and he said it only comes with one side which we didn't get either the rice or beans at this time regardless of me showing him the menu.

We then had to ask for a side of ground beef and cheese for our son as he doesn't eat things smothered in sauce at three years old. Came out looking like watery mush. My son grabbed the spoon and took a few bites.

Why do you have a menu with things listed that aren't correct? They also asked if we wanted rice which again the meal read that it was supposed to come with rice and beans.

When we asked for the check she ran my card and never brought over the itemized receipt so I couldn’t see what was charged. Had to flag down another waitress to ask for the itemized copy so I could see what was charged. Painful experience.

Although the staff was nice...they had no clue what I was saying or understanding of what I was saying.

It's honestly dangerous serving things that aren't listed on the menu with kids and adding additional toppings without listing what they are. Very bizarre and if my kid had an allergy it would of been extremely dangerous. I would stay far away from this place if your kids have any sort of allergies as the toppings aren't listed on the menu.

Our son was also up vomiting less then 8 hours later. Definitely got some sort of food poisoning from the few bites of watery ground beef. RUN FAR FROM
THIS PLACE.

Will never return.

Went there the first time today with my bf, I got 2 beef empanadas and 1 chicken to start and my bf got beef tacos dorados and the food took more than 15min to arrive and the food was surprisingly disgusting 😔 the empanadas were still like raw, chewy and lack of flavors the chicken one was even worse the chicken taste old and it wasn’t fully cooked, my bfs food the taquitos were mashed and tha shell wasn’t even the kind or tortilla they mention on the menu idk but i really thought the food was gonna hit but we end up returning everything asked for the bill to pay but they offer it for free and they offered things for free or desserts we said no and just end up leaving and we went eat in another restaurant.

Torito, my family and I were there for my wife's birthday, where we had the best night in a restaurant that we hadn't had in a long time. The mariachi made us cry when we remembered our family. Back home and we'll go back any day now.

I got takeout. Received them in aluminum containers with chips and salsa on the side and plastic cutlery. Staff was nice but food was lukewarm like it was prepared in advance and placed in a bag. I don’t think I would return.

Ordered pickup for dinner on a Tuesday night. It was ready in 15 minutes.
I got 2 orders of Empanadas (the only item my son asked for). One was tinga the other was i believe beef. More than half the empanadas had raw dough. Inedible. Huge disappointment on those items. The meat inside was okay but slimy due to the dough not being fully cooked. They fell apart instantly when picking up. 2 of the 6 were edible dough wise.
Next was the Cozumel combo. Enchilada soggy. Not tasty by any means. Just a slop of food in a pan like a one meal wonder, except not wonderful.
Lastly, which is why I gave it 3 stars and not 2, was the Gobernator Tacos. The shrimp was perfectly cooked. The tortilla shells, though (shells) were a bit over cooked (the cheese seemed like it hardened to the shell and one taco had no cheese inside), the overall flavor of this dish was amazing. Whatever green sauce came with it on the side was fantastic. I wish i had more of it. It was subtly spicy but would place that into a mild category and the red sauce perhaps medium spice level. Whatever shrimps and onions fell out of my taco i put on the rice for another meal! I asked for extra extra cilantro and they delivered with my request (I can never have enough cilantro on tacos).
They did forget the sour cream and guacamole I asked for for the cozumel meal (it was not my entree).
While the empanadas were soggy and lacked crunch as a handheld item, the only good thing here were the shrimp tacos meal. Had to make my toddler hot dogs instead which was a let down for him.

My husband and I went on a Sunday but we didn't like the service, it's not good and the food is not good either. I ordered some fried tacos and I've never had tacos like that, horrible, I don't recommend that restaurant.

I have come here about five times now because they have not let me down EACH TIME. The food is absolutely phenomenal! IT IS filling and heart warming. My favorites are the chicharrón and the birra tacos.

I have tried about thousands of birra tacos from different places and the birra from this place has made it to my top 3. The chicharrón is tender and soft with guacamole on the side. Everything was delicious and arrived pretty quickly. The servers were so sweet and listened to everything.

100% recommend, this is a rare finding in Massachusetts with actual authentic mexican food. 10/10
