Bianca is by far the sweetest and kindest fast food manager I've every encountered. She even brought some of our orders at our table. Did the drive through, very friendly people, however, I asked for a Coke product and was told that they don't have them there. , it's on their menu screen as well as online . I am not a Karen, nor do I usually complain about A lot of things. I was sitting waiting for my food, and could see into the kitchen area. there was someone at the fry station eating French fries out of containers and putting them back. do you think I ate my fries? No. I did eat my Burger and it was good as always, but I really think you need to stress the fact that you don't eat French fries out of peoples containers or out of the fryer area if they aren't yours. that kind of grossed me out and Honestly, I will probably never go there again.

We popped in recently to get a quick bite while out shopping. We ordered two meals with nothing special about them. We waited 20 minutes and watched while 8-10 people who'd come after us got their food (and some ate and left). We asked the guy who took our order if it was coming and he said "I've got you." We waited another 5 minutes and went to ask again if there was an issue. The manager came over and grabbed our receipt and said our order wasn't on the board. We waited another 5 minutes for them to gather the food. In total we waited 30 minutes for food that should've been ready to go. They didn't apologize for the delay at all. Not the best experience.

This review is for their breakfast service only. I've given them four tries in 2023. Each time, the food was luke warm (at best), to cold. This last visit, the eggs in the sandwich were cold, & the cheese completely unmelted. One star for the fact that the staff were courteous, but please train them on how to prepare the food! I see no reason to return.

Absolute trash so sad, food was disgusting! the staff were ignorant and when asked to hold on for the rest of the order and since we were the only car in the drive thru you'd figure that would be okay nope got the worst service possible all for nothing. What a hame and no wonder we were the only ones there...

Went in to Wendy,s tonight. First the restaurant was dirty, floor sticky,tables dirty.ordered and waited and waited. Other families came in and left with food. I finally asked the manager for my money back. He got hostile with me. I asked him several times. I finally got it back. Other then the manager no one spoke English clearly. The manager had no control of the business. Stay away from there.
