I got the balsamic chicken here and was riddled with food poisoning for 16 hours following it.

After years of not eating here. I thought I would try it out but it's becoming more apparent that chain restaurants like these do not deserve your money. The portions and taste are just piss poor for the price. The service was excellent but that's not going to save it.

We went today to this 99 restaurant, was my first time there i was hoping something good cuz my husband really like it, but he hated today. Let’s started saying they ask me if we need a buster or high chair for my baby, i said yes a buster seat, we got a table some drinks (my husband request a soda with No ice)it came full of ice… we said not big deal… still not seat for my son, i ask again about it and they told me oh sure… but again nothing… we wait an insane amount of time for the food, meanwhile nobody brought or ask for any drinks even tho our table was full of empty cups cuz again except for my sons milk everything was full of ice so 2 sips and was gone, when we finally got the food we get the plates and we ask for drinks again in that moment, she left and the INSANE amount of cup was left in our table, when we got the new ones they were just left right next to all the empty cup from before , with the bowls of popcorn, again we said ok…. Finish our dinner , we collected all the empty plates, bowls and cups to make room and for her to pick them up easier, my kids wanted some dessert we ordered, and took another 20 minutes to get dessert, dessert that they ate with all the plates and cups in our table cuz nobody take them. Sadly was a poorly service for us today. Hope you guys do better. For what i heard used to be a great restaurant.

Met very quickly as I walked in for lunch. The staff was friendly and professional. I ordered the chicken parm sub, which was delicious. The sub was packed full of tasty chicken, cheese and sauce. I enjoyed it very much. The coleslaw was fresh, crispy and tasty as well. Sue did a great job.

After ordering a beer at the bar waited 10 minutes didn't come walked out bartender served people that cam in After me spend close to 10 000 dollars a year at 99s will never go back to Dartmouth one again on thrusday afternoons it was June 5th what a waste of time spend my money down the road

Great food and still a decent price. Also great service every time.

We ate 1 January 2025 to celebrate new year . The food is so delicious and staff is so friendly and helpful ❤️
