I wish I could give it no stars we had a party of 11 with one infant once the waitress came to the table she immediately said she cannot serve us because the I put the baby in a high chair like I’ve done plenty of other times so she gets the manager and she tells me the same thing I was told I have to put my baby on a regular chair in order to be served I refused to do so and I also refused to order or eat anything in that restaurant I will be contacting corporate because I felt highly offended

Our server, Val, was a pleasure. She was very nice and attentive. I got the pretzel appetizer and chicken pot pie. My husband got boneless buffalo chicken appetizer and chicken parmesean. Everything was delicious. For dessert, I got the pound cake with almonds, caramel and vanilla ice cream. Hubby got the towering midnight chocolate cake with ice cream, whip cream and fudge drizzle. We got appetizers, meals, dessert and drinks, for two, for under $100. Everything was fresh and delicious. I forgot to get pictures of our dessert.
Totally disgusted and regret this whole experience. Tried ordering online and they said it will take a week to be reimbursed $300 due to their website error. Food was absolutely disgusting. Woke up this morning and everyone is sick, throwing up. Be very careful when eating here. I will not be returning.

I went there with some friends,on a Sunday afternoon. Hostess was excellent, the waitress was average and the food was terrible. I ordered the chicken pot pie. Lots of chicken and gravy two pieces of carrots and six peas,and a side of mashed potatoes which were served room temperature. As a person who use to work in the restaurant industry. I wouldn't have served the mashed potatoes like that. The dish was overpriced. I will not return.

CORPORATE NEEDS TO RETRAIN VICTOR THE MANAGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!We have been coming to the restaurant for years, the server and bartenders are phenomenal! However there new line manger Victor was not willing to custom a basic side item of grilled pineapple that's available on the menu to accommodate us which is very Tedious. Every other 99 hasn't given us a problem we eat at 99 at least twice a week. Guess we should take our business elsewhere hopefully corporate see this and know the kinda people running the company to the ground.
