Applebee's Grill + Bar

Honestly, I haven’t been to this Applebees in a while. It is kind of a hit or miss with the food and waitress. Me and my sister went on 1/10 around 1-2:30pm. The waitress we had was amazing, nice , efficient, quick, communicative. Our drinks were brought out timely, the food was fresh, hot and well cooked. I even added a little to take home. It was great customer service and a great dine in experience.

If you’re looking for a comfortable place to sit and relax that’s open late, this restaurant is a great choice. The atmosphere is really nice and pleasant. I didn’t eat much, but the salad was good and fresh. Overall, it’s a lovely spot to enjoy the evening

The food was good here. The service was very good. However, the place was so cold I could not enjoy the meal. I heard another customer complain. After we finished eating my son asked to go sit in the car while I paid because he was cold. The place is freezing every time I go there. Even the bartender complained about how cold it was. They obviously dont care about the customer experience. Last week I complained about the cold and bartender said it is always cold there.

Mckenzie is an absolute sweetheart. I was unsatisfied with my steak and she promptly replaced it and was a great waitress. She made the experience pleasant!! Thank you!! Food that replaced the steak was delicious.

My wife and I and my 2 cousins stopped at Applebees in North Dartmouth for dinner. We opted for the 2 for $25 meals. A nice appetizer and very nice entrees. Our Server, Miss MacKenzie, was terrific. She was constantly at the table making sure everything was OK! The one minor problem that we had, was taken care of by Miss Mackenzie quicker than a cricket with the hiccups. Everything that we ordered was just great from beginning to end. We even made room for dessert, which was like a meal in itself. Miss Mackenzie, I hope your boss realizes what a great Server you are. The food was great and the waitress was very nice. The only negative point os that you have a device at each tablet, and the device has games to play. There's no visible information about it, but when you play a game, you have a cost of $3.

I was expecting a quick bite to eat and some good food. Instead, my Fiancée and I got seated just to spend 15 minutes waiting for someone to offer us drinks. Multiple other tables got greeted before us even though they came in around 10 minutes after us. I left with nothing but disappointment and frustration towards this experience.
