I have enjoyed this establishment for years. I still intend too, and hopefully the service will improve at this location. They were out of actual pretzels & I was willing to wait for however long it took to make more. However, I was told they were not going to make more. This was not even close to closing, there was more than enough staff, and it wasn't that busy. Hmm, not going or willing to make actual pretzels at a pretzel making establishment.

There were 6 people in line cashier girl had back turned to us and showed no desire to help us....her and other girls working were laughing ......this was so pitiful to watch this is future of America terrible terrible terrible!

Quality has gone down, pretzels are not fresh. Taste like they have been sitting out for hours. My mom got the pretzel bites, which were so very greasy. Employee behind counter on phone, acts like you are a bother to them when you want to order. Not to mention, they want tips after.

The website says they’re open at 11 but I just tried to order at 11:10 and was told they don’t open til 11:15.

Service here is always speedy even when a little busy. Pretzels are a bit pricey but overall it’s my favorite place for them, highly recommend the hot dog pretzel bites.
