Great crust and flavor. My only knock is that the middle of the pizza was floppy and watery/runny. Also, be prepared that the pizzas are individual or maybe two person size. It was just a little shock because NE pizza places seem to serve big pies.

I love Brick pizza! As a vegan, I love that they have vegan cheese and many different topping options. My meat eater husband has tried just about every flavor, and hasn't had one he doesn't like. The service is always very fast, and everyone I've encountered here has been so nice and friendly. The ambiance reminds of me an old Italian eatery, it's homey and welcoming. I mainly order takeout, but on the few occasions that I've dined in, its been a pleasant experience. I order from where often!

I love this pizza place. I always get the Carmines pizza and add arugula and itd always soo good. They are very generous, quick (less than 10 min) and super friendly. They also have a fairly big menu and you can make your own pizza. I like that its close to campus as well. Would totally recommendParking: There is free parking in the plaza they are located in

I drive around New England for work and I'm always looking up pizza places and reviews to try new places. Today I came across this place and I have to say the Quattro was one of the best pies I've had in a long time! The service was good and the price was very reasonable I would highly recommend giving it a try! I Can't wait until I'm back In the area so I can have it again.
Best pizza ever. Their GF crust is fantastic, truly the best I’ve ever had and I’ve tried GF pizza all over the country. Reasonably priced and good quality.The staff are always super friendly and nice. This is the only place I go for pizza. RUN don’t walk to Brick!

We come here often for take out and the food is always good. I normally order online and pick up, but yesterday I stopped in to order and eat there. I normally get a Margherita pizza with garlic. My normally complaint is that the oven is so hot the basil gets kind of burnt, so I asked for the basil to be put on after cooking. The cook was in a mood though.. she was making such a racket with every move she made and then I over heard her talking yo the cashier who was trying to make sure my basil got added after and she had ignored the order and put it on first. When we asks for some put on after too she said loudly enough for me to hear “I have never in my life heard of someone doing that but OK” in a very snarky tone. She was probably having a bad day but it was very off putting.
The Gorgonzola salad is a favorite of mine.
