I have been to this location twice in the last 3 weeks. Both times I asked for no mayo on my sandwich (not a difficult ask) both times they have failed. Those aren't great percentages. No wonder why that location is always dead.

I went there today and waited more than 20 minutes through the drive thru nobody took my order so I went to the window and the kid on the window was so disrespectful I told him how long I waited he didn't care he said you need to go around again he would not take my order I told him I'm not moving he stormed out and I don't know where he went then some girl comes back to the window and said mam can't take your order at the window I stormed out and went to kings highway one

Go somewhere else! 25 min. Wait inside, went to get drink, no lids, wilked bac to the register, dude saw me, turns his back to me, i said excuse me 4x, ( i even turned to a person waiting ( of course waiting) did u hear me? I said it pretty loud but not rude loud.. so he turns an says yeah? .. i said can i have a lid theres none.. 2 girls came up also lookin for lids.. he had wicked attitude. There were only 4/5 workers!! NOT ENOUGH HELP! .. it was the worst interaction with a business ever. So all in all 28 min wait, food was lukewarm at best, the attitudes onbthe workers was like they hated each other and their workplace… like i said go elsewhere!!!
I had a mental breakdown this morning, I had gone to 3 McDonald’s trying to get my daughter chicken nuggets and french fries. I called ahead to make sure Burger King would serve me and I was blown away. They completely understood and made sure the food was ready for me before I even got there. I actually cried in my car because of the reassurance they gave me. I would absolutely recommend this location

My visit to this Burger King was a complete disappointment. Despite a relatively empty restaurant, I waited a frustrating 20 minutes for my food. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff appeared disorganized. When I finally received my order, it was poorly prepared. The overall experience was unpleasant, and I will not be coming back to this Burger King again.

July 8th at 11:50pm I pulled up to the Drive thru starving on my ♻️ ? 60+ mph P.E.V to grab a quick bite (I'm a Diabetic) and got Denied service because I wasn't driving a fossil fueled vehicle... She claimed it's BK policy, is my money not Green enough? Or is it because I do my part for Mother Earth?

Always bare bones staff probably doing their best but you wait so long. Ive given it 3 chances all three times I waited in drive thru for almost 20 minutes without cars in front of me and everything fried is already burned and awful I really think there's only need one out two ppl working every time I've been. Will not be giving it another shot
