During my recent visit to this Chick-fil-A location, I experienced a level of customer service that did not align with the brand’s established standards of professionalism and hospitality. I decided to visit this restaurant due to its convenient location; however, based on this experience, I would prefer to travel farther to another Chick-fil-A location where service consistently reflects the company’s core values.

On October 27th at approximately 9:00 p.m, I was assisted at the drive-thru by a team member whose demeanor and conduct were notably inconsistent with Chick-fil-A’s Core 4 customer service principles: making eye contact, sharing a smile, using a friendly tone, and responding with “my pleasure.” The employee appeared visibly disengaged and displayed a dismissive attitude throughout the interaction. When I greeted her, she did not respond in kind, and when I requested to view the menu, she rolled her eyes before complying. During the ordering process, she interrupted and rushed me, creating an uncomfortable and stressful experience.

I also observed that other customers in the drive-thru line appeared to share similar frustrations regarding this employee’s behavior. Given Chick-fil-A’s reputation for exceptional service, I believe this situation warrants a review and potential retraining to ensure alignment with company values and service expectations. Until then I will not be returning to this location.

Employees were super nice and the place was clean. But they forgot to give me several things in my order and gave me regular soda instead of diet, they weren’t very busy either. The chick fil a in fall river is a bit better than this one I think

Waffle fries are good but they always get my order wrong I asked for grilled nuggets to avoid gluten and will get the regular ones that I can’t even eat

I sure hope they do lunch and dinner better than breakfast! I ordered a sausage biscuit with cheese and it was so dry and overcooked. I couldn’t even eat it. Thenthere were no trash cans in the parking lot to throw it away.

The service was great. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal. The fries were good, the bun fun my sandwich was small. Reminded me of the 8 for 99 cents you get from every supermarket during the summer. Plus it fell apart. The chicken was ok, but it seemed like a filet of breast and only half. My coke was syrupy. Think I will head to seeking when I crave chicken filet a.

Waited a half an hour for a mobile order outside just to get a sandwich instead of nuggets. I went inside and gave it back to them and they gave me grilled nuggets instead of the regular nuggets I had ordered. I had to wait nearly 10 min sending the food back to get the next item, and I saw them pack what I gave them back into new orders. The food had already been given to and opened by me before I came inside to give it to them and they gave both items to other customers. Not okay
