Embarrassing chipotle location, 7 pm on a Friday and they had the whole store wait 20 minutes for chicken, finally get to order and at this point your committed because you just waited so long only to get up their and all the food that was available looked hours old, guacamole had turned brown it was so old, and then they say oh and it will be another 20 minutes for queso, multiple soda options out of syrup, and to top it all off the entire staff rather than being apologetic of any sorts they rather took the stance of oh well sucks to be you. What a shame.

The absolute worst chipotle I’ve ever been too in my life we walked in and they didn’t have any meats available the beans looked like they were three days old and the manager said it’s going to be about 10 minutes to cook chicken the queso was empty too such horrible attitude from the employees too.

People were nice, there was a kid with glasses serving me and another with a ponytail I think cooking. Steak tasted so good, everyone is so polite!!

Just had the worst experience - drove over 45 minutes home in holiday traffic just to see that the food was old/ burnt and 3 quarters of my order was missing- tried to call only to be directed to my email- went though all the steps and even sent pictures just to be told that “not every mistake can be compensated” so tough shit? They ended my dispute so I drove the 45 minutes back and they still refused to refund it- now I’m currently waiting in a disgusting dining area for my food to be remade- this place isn’t even busy but the tables are filthy and trash on one of the tables has been here since the first time I was here to pick up the order. Never again… chipotle has gone so downhill they lost a customer.

This is probably the last time I go to Chipotle, the worst experience ever in my life, the employees were keep saying what to everything we asked, I asked for all the veggies including lettuce, but didn’t put in at the end, we kept saying to put this and the guy was like deaf and can’t listen to us, instead of lid for the bowls, they gave me a foil wrap to wrap the bowls, they need to be more professional and have respect for any customer. They didn’t even ask me for a receipt, but I paid with card, which I have proof, I need to speak to a manager or need a refund, the food seemed like it was 1 week old, no taste at all. I spent $53 dollars on this order, but wasn’t worth it.

This chipotle is the worst to call directly to restaurants…. They don’t allow you to speak to anybody it’s a robot …. This is crazy!!!!! I have no issues with the restaurant itself or workers it’s only the phone …. How do they not allow a customer to directly call the restaurant if need be? Unbelievable like I’m so frustrated right now it’s crazy seriously a robot?!?!? Workers are amazing it’s only the issue with the phone corporate needs to fix that asap bc it’s extremely frustrating and if not for my kids loving their food I’d never go to them again as much as I enjoy their food this thing with not being able to reach a team member is crazy.

When we got there all the chairs were put up and the store was a mess, as well as the food being mostly empty, even though it was 2 1/2 hours away from closing. They had no sense of urgency, and most of the food looked like it was about to go bad. (For example, the avocado was almost empty and starting to turn brown). One of the guys pulled a HUGE hair out of my girlfriend’s burrito, and the guy put way too much cheese in mine. Overall it was an unpleasant experience, although we didn’t get charged for the drink we bought, and we only got charged for two chicken burritos, even though one of them was beef barbacoa, so that was a plus.

I ordered a burrito and a bowl. Got two bowls. One barely full (yes I ate my bowl) and my friends with mostly lettuce. The rice and vegetable were undercooked and my food was cold. I’m so disappointed. I complained to DoorDash but yall needed to hear it as well
