Dept of health, corporate, franchisee, county #darmouth really should be aware of this, disgusting establishment. EXCESSIVELY LOUD music, dirty windows doors , tables counter and trays, went to order a bowl to go the kids with long hair hanging in their faces, no hair nets , coughing not covering their mouths , No we ain't got brown beans, no we ain't got none lettuce, I think we got more cheese(which was cross contaminated with meat, absolutely should be CLOSED. And Im not a Karen either .....

both times ive been in have been awful. first time my food was made by a sick employee and the manager clearly isnt doing healthbchecks properly. second time just today the employee making my food repeatedly demanded that i get with christ and become a christian even after being asked to stop. management did nothing

More times than not, there is an issue with preparing my mobile order. It's always 25+ minutes later than the pickup time. They seem to lose it or think I'm getting something else. I have a short lunch break so it's frustrating to spend half of it waiting in store. It's faster to not order ahead and just stand in line.

From working years of retail im very understanding and very rarely complain, but when i bite into a piece of wood and hurt my tooth plus my 2 orders were missing items/ incorrect and im offered an order of guacamole for compensation through an online chatbot and have no way to contact an actual person besides driving back to the next town over what else can i do but warn people?

This service was terrible for picking up my order that I placed online, the pick up time was 6:20 and Giovanna told me that the order was not ready, I waited another 17 minutes and Giovanna the apprentice told me that she was just going to prepare my order, I asked her for my money back better because I am short on time to return to my work, she told me to call 1800chipotle and the worst thing was this number was not working... I returned to Giovanna she sarcastically told me that she can't refund my money, can't do anything, I lost time from my job and left the Chipotle at 7:40 trying to get my money, by that time there were already 2 more customers complaining about the service of this worker...please this woman is sarcastic...Also another's worker see what been happening and one worker kindly shared the phone number of the boss TYLER SPENCER with me to make my complaint.

HORRIBLE FOOD QUALITY this place has been falling apart for some time now I figured I give them another try but honestly it’s a shame my chicken tonight was extremely salty totally unhealthy and unacceptable always seem to be running low on food I ask for the Barbacoa tonight and was told that there wasn’t any this was around 5:30PM go figure supper time and there’s no food again unacceptable my food didn’t taste fresh it was actually cold the trays are not keeping the food warm I tried to call so that I can speak to a manager no one ever picked up talking about raising your blood pressure with this amount of sodium in the food must be all the preservatives that is added to the meats the location has become unsafe at night time while here tonight absolutely no lights in the parking lot again unacceptable the upkeep of the property is poor I am not sure if corporate is aware of what’s happening here at this location but for sure will be given them a call since I can’t get a manager on the line it doesn’t seem like the owner/owners take pride in this establishment and whoever is managing this place can care less. If you are going to hire cooks hire individuals that have some sort of experience in cooking or spend adequate time to train them the morale is low when it comes to customer service you don’t feel welcomed no smiles no thank you for coming in no come again not sure what’s happening to customer service nowadays but it’s horrible and getting worse so my plea to you is if you can’t run this store adequately you might want to let it go! Or shape up and stop this runaway train from destroying itself. Running a business isn’t a joke you need to be on top of everything including your workers everyone deserves a chance but if the work isn’t being done efficiently you need to find others who will after all the an establishment that is falling apart or not managed properly is a bad representation of you the owner/owners. Be different set the bar high soap and water for cleanliness isn’t expensive some music inside little decorations here and there making the place fun and inviting makes it a fun place to come to not only that your workers benefit from it but so do your customers. Keeping your parking lot clean lit up at night some landscaping flowers/plants here and there also make the place inviting don’t be the typical owner that focuses on money and quantity over quality you can have both by doing things right.oh by the way stop sending these replies to reviews by saying thank you for leaving a review we will look into this! Because apparently from the looks of it you are not doing anything about it customers take the time to write these reviews and they should be taken seriously! Do better and stop pacifying the seriousness of these complaints.

Went for lunch at the Dartmouth, MA Chipotle. The cashier charged me 25 dollars for a bowl. I will not spend any more money at this location. 11/05/2024

The place was filthy, and the guy that was handling everybody's food. Was sticking his hands in his pockets with the gloves that he was handling the food with still on. I don't know about other locations, but I highly recommend staying away from this one in Dartmouth, Massachusetts.

Dirty place everyone working here knows it's dirty but no one cares. It's not a cheap place to eat came here twice first time it was late gave benefit of the doubt today only 4 o'clock and the dining room is trashed...

We went to the Dartmouth location on 10-2-24 and left at 5:45 pm. Our experience with customer service was superb. Workers smiled, were conversational with my husband and myself, service with a smile. The portion size was phenomenal with the freshest of ingredients that are so flavorful. I would like to mention if tips can be put into effect using a credit card. Many people rarely carry cash and workers need tips to survive.

This Chipotle store is unacceptable. Trash cans overflowing, dirty tables and floors, and a filthy, trash-ridden parking lot. Not a soul cleaning anything for the ~30 min we were there.

I've tried going multiple times to give them the benefit of the doubt. This last visit was the last straw--garbage all over the parking lot that looks like it has been there for weeks.

I've loved Chipotle for a long time, but I'm never going to this location again.
