This chipotle is the worst to call directly to restaurants…. They don’t allow you to speak to anybody it’s a robot …. This is crazy!!!!! I have no issues with the restaurant itself or workers it’s only the phone …. How do they not allow a customer to directly call the restaurant if need be? We went to the Dartmouth location on 10-2-24 and left at 5:45 pm. Our experience with customer service was superb. Workers smiled, were conversational with my husband and myself, service with a smile. The portion size was phenomenal with the freshest of ingredients that are so flavorful. I would like to mention if tips can be put into effect using a credit card. Many people rarely carry cash and workers need tips to survive.

I haven’t been a fan of Chipotle lately because service has been horrible. But tonight, I want to shout out the night crew. I worked the evening shift tonight and ended my shift STARVING. I saw that they closed at 11 so I shot over there expecting the food to be almost gone but to my surprise I was welcomed with a variety of hot food.
