I think the value for your dollar at Chuck E Cheese continues to decline. I spent $54 yesterday, just me and one young child ..... That was for 30 minutes of play time, one pizza and two drinks. We were disappointed that several of his favorite games were gone. The stage has been replaced by a big screen, pay-extra trampolines had replaced several of the favorite things like the clock ferris wheel, and many of the newer games are not appropriate for young children. I don't plan to go back.

This is the best chuck e cheese. I have been to more than six Chuck-E-Cheeses and Jessie is the best representative I have interacted with. Highly recommend it if you have kids and are in the area.

I'm giving it a 5 star because the staff was really nice. My gripes are not at all with the staff, but how dystopian Chuck E. cheese has become. The store was clean and all the games worked, so that's not an issue at all. Again, the staff was great but the entire brand has just lost anything unique. Most of the games are just emulators and last mere seconds, gone are the days of playing games like Big Bertha, The Jurassic coin toss game and other such games. Now they are all screens, almost felt like I was at a casino.
There is nothing much else to do, because the trampoline zone is locked down like Fort Knox and unless you want to schill out another $15 bucks per kid, the literally lock it up lol This place has potential. I remember it as a kid with The Sky Zone and ball pit to play, on top of the games. Now it's just like a casino with not much else to do physically. The trampoline zone being included in the membership is a real miss because it would absolutely encourage me to upgrade my pass to play more games because I'll be sticking around longer. But honestly my 5-year-old nephews were bored after the 40 game limit so we just left.
Sigh. I'll definitely be back, but it really is so lifeless now...and it has NOTHING to do with the staff. They were great!

Im honestly blown away by the service & staff. All around. They were on top of it, as well as polite & friendly. I was honestly nervous coming an hour before close & even apologized. But the gentleman Evan made us even feel more welcome. The food was delicious. The whole family had fun, we will be back!!

Very VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! My worst experience was at the door how the associate received us at the door.It was clear that it was just mom and me and she started making a big deal because we didn’t have a kid.She was extremely rude and loud in front of everyone worst part is she was a manager so what example does she feed every body else.Never ever going back.

It's Chuck e Cheese so it's what is to be expected the food is just previously frozen so it's very meh but the games have improved there were a lot of broken ones for a very long time but they've gotten new ones however they've added a trampoline but it's an additional charge and it truly only fits like 3 or 4 kids safely . So now you pay twelve dollars when it's 16 for the whole trampoline park lol and the poor kids that work there have to guard the door to it bc all the kids that don't pay the extra fee cannot use it it's sad really.
