It's Chuck e Cheese so it's what is to be expected the food is just previously frozen so it's very meh but the games have improved there were a lot of broken ones for a very long time but they've gotten new ones however they've added a trampoline but it's an additional charge and it truly only fits like 3 or 4 kids safely . So now you pay twelve dollars when it's 16 for the whole trampoline park lol and the poor kids that work there have to guard the door to it bc all the kids that don't pay the extra fee cannot use it it's sad really.

childless adults beware - I went today while I was out on a date with my partner (we are in our early 20's - we were dressed appropriately, acted appropriately). was told at the door by one employee that adults aren't allowed to play games without a child and we can only buy food. I understand the rule for safety reasons, however I've looked online and most people have said they don't have a problem going in alone. I myself work at an arcade and childless adults come by all the time. I didn't put up a fuss or anything, went to buy cotton candy and mentioned the situation to another employee. they told me it was fine to go in, we ended up just walking around the game room and leaving. mildly disappointing games, deeply disappointing prize section. cotton candy was good.
So like they removed all of the good stuff the animatronics,art,signage,tokens,actual real tickets, and also it takes like 50 hours to just scan to play a game. Used to be a 10/10 but now it’s a 5/10

Great experience at this location. The place was very clean, all the staff was very attentive amd made aire we had everything we needed. Our host Evan went above and beyond and made us feel very welcomed. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone thinking of having a party here.

The changed they made are really nice, my son loves the trampoline I just wish they didn't charge extra for it and it's pretty expensive in my opinion. The summer pass is WELL worth it. They give you more free stuff with purchases just make sure to always scan your app! My son & I have been 3x since we got it and didn't buy much & have already got a FREE large 1 topping pizza, $5 off coupon, 500 free tickets, 250 free tickets, and more!! Also I didnt know on 1st 2 visits sadly but if you buy the kids chuck e cheese drink cup ($5) you get FREE REFILLS for the life of the cup every visit!!! I wish they had all this when my older 3 kids were little. ? All the staff are super nice as the dartmouth location too! Only issue I had was yesterday there was a couple pretty much making out at a table in there for a minute ??♀️ but I don't think staff seen it & would have said something if they did!! Just, come on people!! This is a kids establishment, do better!!!
