Went on Saturday 11/22 an extremely busy shopping day but was looking forward to stopping for a coffee and cinnamon rolls. Shout out to the cashier with the hair (he knows) who was extremely helpful and personable. Also when paying it’s extremely clear that the part that says TIP would be paying for a tip nvm the fact it ask for a dollar amount. I’m not sure how someone could get confused with that. Thanks for the help and good service!

the food is always great here no doubt about that. my fiancé went in last week & as he was paying(the only associate working at the time) the cashier let him know that the button to add a tip amount was actually a “rating for the service” not thinking too much into it my fiancé then put the highest amount, he checked his banking app and saw he was charged the amount of the cinnamon roll & the tip amount. the cashier then said he “didn’t know” that it would charge him the amount. very frustrating situation, i find it extremely hard to believe that he didn’t know the extra money would be going into his pocket. he then had a attitude & was rude to my fiancé for the rest of the interaction. saw the manager on the way out, she was very helpful and apologized profusely. she gave us a refund. we’ve contacted cinnabon corporate multiple times & have yet to receive a respond. this happened over a week ago. just wanted to put this on here to let anyone who goes here to be careful. i wonder how many other customers have been scammed and didn’t know it.

Service was fast even during busy time, cinnamon roll was hot and delicious. The milkshakes are sooo good too!!! Highly recommend to get the cinnapacks, such a good deal and love bringing them home to have for breakfast. 10/10 I love this Cinnabon!!

The Best cinnamon buns ever, We usually go to the mall in Brockton to get it, now we have it closer, you can enjoy warm or cold, we have try a lot of places for the cinnamon buns, but this are the real ones!!!! We usually buy the regular ones!!!😋😋😋
