Cold Stone Creamery

Staff members were very unpleasant and unprofessional. I ordered a birthday cake remix milkshake which did not include the sprinkles, brownies, or fudge. Normally I wouldn't mind but a small is roughly $7. I spent +$30 at the establishment the girls working did not want to be there I even tipped, they were miserable. Won't be returning again. Would rather go to Acushnet creamery

I'm not sure why we continue to give it a chance. Every time we have small amounts of mix ins. I paid extra this time for 2x oreos on top of the regular toppings. This was not worth the cost. Buyer beware.

My friends and I went to cold stone craving some ice cream but sadly upon entering the establishment we weren’t treated with welcoming vibes whatsoever, the workers clearly don’t enjoy their jobs! We didn’t even want to sit and eat. Don’t come here!!!!

Went in and got 2 quarts or ice cream. My wife's came out good and full. Mine however was not full and missing some, not a ton but for the price we paid I expect my full amount. Also the outside of my container was sticky and dirty with ice cream on it. Had to wash the outside once we got home .

I don’t know what it was about tonight when I went into the store. The line was to the door. I waited about an hour for my ice cream that first bite into that delicious ice cream was well worth the wait. As I was walking out, I seen the line was still to the door. Whatever you guys are doing you’re doing it right. Keep on bringing smiles to peoples faces.

I haven't been to Cold Stone in 10+ years. It was a little dirty inside this location. The server was friendly but she wasn't wearing gloves when she prepared my ice cream :(
It's also expensive for ice cream. $7.05 for a size Love It.
They do have options for people with allergies. Good selection of ice cream with toppings. I just wish the place was cleaner and more sanitary.

I did not like this place today because. They give us the Wrong Order to us and i order Four things and they give us Three things bad day today.

The line was out the door and it kept on building. There were only two workers and only one of them was taking orders while the other was not helping whatsoever. There was no sense of urgency. I am normally not one to complain but I was waiting in line for at least 1 hour. I am very dissatisfied.

My husband and I each got signature creations that have been on the menu for years, but somehow I only ended up with 25% of the mix-ins I should have. Mud Pie Mojo comes with almonds, Oreo, peanut butter, and fudge. The ice cream I received tonight only had almonds and, for some reason, a couple of chocolate chips. I called the restaurant twice this evening to complain, and the phone rang about ten times and then I got a busy signal both times.We’ve loved Cold Stone for years, but have avoided this particular location for a long time as our first experience with them was also less than stellar. We came back to get an ice cream cake for Mother’s Day. I truly hope this $40 cake delivers leaps and bounds more than the incredibly disappointing $20 ice cream creations.

I ordered online because there's a coupon "LOVEITBOGO" to get a free ice cream. The website doesn't let you remove items from the creations ice creams and you have to either select waffle cone, sugar cone, or no cone or bowl to continue.....makes no sense. I added the comment for instructions "no almonds" and there were tons of almonds in my ice cream. Simple instructions. It was super busy, saw 4 cars of people walk in then right out because of how long the line was. There were 15 people in front of us ordering and you have to ask at the counter for your online order don't wait in line.
