Susan she’s very friendly I like her personality. She’s a very nice person and I have my coffee very quickly and I recommend people coming over here.

I haven’t ordered from this location in a while because they typically make the coffee incorrectly. I decided to give it another try. I ordered simply two iced coffees and they got them both wrong. The woman seem annoyed as I told her my order was incorrect. Needless to say, I will not return! Don’t go to this location there are many other others!

Visited at around 3:12 PM to grab a medium coffee through the drive-thru. The service was surprisingly rude and dismissive. I always believe simple manners go a long way—if I say “thank you,” a “you’re welcome” shouldn’t be too much to ask.
When I got to the window, the employee didn’t even acknowledge me—just kept chatting with a coworker, back turned to me. They handed me my coffee without asking if I wanted a receipt or even offering a napkin. I had to ask for napkins, and even then, he didn’t turn around—just grabbed some and handed them to me without saying a single word, then went right back to his conversation.
If customers are going to be treated like we’re invisible, might as well have a robot at the window. At least it might be more pleasant and socially aware.

This place used to be amazing. Whoever they decided to hire recently sucks. We got two coffees this morning, both made wrong. One of them was actually a hot chocolate. Like how do you even mess that up?
Service is awful, everyone is just rude and miserable. I won't be coming here anymore.

The little teenagers who work here after like 3pm are something else 20 minute wait in a drive thru line for a pre made order to get an attitude from little girl who apparently “makes more money than me” too funny anyway then I get a cold coffee handed to me and get even more attitude when I ask why it’s cold if it wasn’t sitting there ? Then they proceed to not have ANY hot coffee brewed mind you it’s 3 pm they close at 8 why isn’t there any coffe brewed it isn’t busy? Then one of the girls opened my lid and put her face up to it before giving it to me so I am going to assume she spit in it ? these girls need to be handled properly and shouldn’t be left alone to practically run a Dunkin especially when they say “I’m just in high school I don’t care” just sad then as we proceed to leave we have a worker hanging out the door flipping us off wow real professional

So they have changed their Hazelnut it now tastes like blueberry wonder if any Hazelnut lovers have noticed this also happened at Reed rd. Other dunkins in the area still taste the same. Thank you to the workers for attempting their best to figure out they seem to think its still Hazelnut however other people have agreed with us so I take it here to see what you all say !!! This is nothing against the hard workers at these establishments! They are all great ? will change to honey dew for now when it comes to Hazelnut!!!!!

3rd time they messed up my order. And it wasn't busy.

Ridiculous wait time. Maybe two lanes at the drive thru wasn’t a good idea. Was picking up a mobile order. Cars were coming through the right drive thru lane way after myself and others were sitting in the left drive thru lane. They continuously took their order without switching back to the other lane, making the wait longer. Ended up having to go inside to just grab my stuff that way. Which is what I’ll just do from now on since the drive-thru is too much of a hassle. When I left, the cars in the left drive thru lane were still in the same spot. I’m unsure if they just didn’t want to help the person in the left lane, but others shouldn’t have to wait just because of that.
