The women taking orders in the drive through was extremely rude.She did not want to take the order when I asked for a dozen donuts and then when I started to talk she said with attitude hold on a minute I not ready, is there anything else first. I told her never mind. She replied whatever. I just drove off.

I had one of the worst experience here. The lady who took my order is so rude. If I was manager, I would've fired her in one second when I had pulled up to the drive-through and asked for my bagel to be evenly spread on both part of the bagel they were confused and didn't understand and I kept telling them what I wanted when I got my order they didn't do it which I figured so I went up to the window. Ask the lady the lady go to the I'll give you another cream cheese, then some other lady goes. What did you want? I said the other part of my bagel has no cream cheese on it and she goes you'll have to pay for the other cream cheese. I said usually people spread it on both. This is not a sandwich. She grabbed it so quick out of my hand, huffing and puffing. This was yesterday at around 10 o'clock. It sucks out. The younger generation has no idea how to act with people, but the managers really need to teach them when they should hire them in the first place.

Coffee is never made the way it's ordered, always see Flys around the food display case, very uncoordinated, and very slow despite there always being 4 or more workers there tripping over each other. They leave the mop buckets out in the customer area with nasty water sitting in it, the list goes on. A good manager would not let their store be run this way. Time for an upgrade!

I tried a new drink. I ordered a large hot pumpkin coffee with a shot of toasted almond. I added 2 splendor and cream. I found this combination delightful. Two flavors I normally would have tried together, but I will have to oder again. As for the store and the server were both very nice.

This dunks frequently does not follow corporate standard. They pick and choose what drink options you can get even if the app says it’s available they will deny it. Don’t support this franchise. Go to New Bedford. Today they refused to add coffee milk to my cold brew even though it’s an option on the app for almost all drinks except frozen drinks. I called corporate and corporate confirmed it’s only frozen drinks the coffee milk isn’t allowed. The barista was mad rude when I tried explaining to her that it’s an option and several other dunks do it no questions asked. If you want terrible service at an ugly looking storefront then this is the place for you.

I find each dunkin is different. I find some give you the flavor swirl without asking. I can't have the swirl due to diabetes. I have found coffee grinds in the bottom of my cup, it really depends on where you go.

The people ringing out are not intelligent at all I ordered 12 munchkins and they charged me separately as ordering 3 munchkins 4 times which came out to almost 5 dollars instead of telling me hay you can get a 10 box for 2 dollars. It’s not the money it’s the principle. people in the work force are becoming more and more incompetent. Didn’t realize this until I got home safe to say I’ll never go there again.
Been here a couple of times and it's been a good experience. The night crew sooooo helpful and very polite I remember I messed up my order and the girl remade it for me free of charge so nice. And another time I went they gave me a free drink cuz the system was down like what??❤️
