Its the only Dunks open 24hr so my daughter stopped befor her job and they had no bacon, no hash browns and no hot chocolate at 5 in the am. When asked why the girl said no one did the potions for them last night. She said she didn't care because her shift was almost over. Smh and the ice coffee was Caramel colored water.

I got my food doordashed and my things were SHOVED into the bag . I was missing a 25 count of munchkins my bagel is rock hard the only good thing was my bagel i ordered . everything else was nasty and hard even the munchkins . i don’t recommend going to this dunkin the store is always dirty .

You guys did it again! My husband's coffee was made with cream and sugar and he cannot have either one of those. Your gonna make some one really sick, by making these mistakes. This have happened before when we order from Door dash, and you were kind enough to give us a free coffee on the next time we order. But it happened again. Please tell your workers to pay attention to the orders. I will never order from this Dunkin again, and this Dunkin was better than the Rockdale one which is why, we use the Dartmouth one.

Today at about 2 o’clock to 2:15 I was in the drive-through and I had this encounter where I decided to order chamomile tea with a splash of almond milk and last time I checked online they do have that but I was having a stomachache and I wanted to order some tea. I was at the drive-through and the person who was taking my order laughed at what I ordered for some reason and told me that I didn’t understand what I was saying multiple times and then I told the person that I was with that I wanna leave because the person who was being very rude and as I said that I guess they heard because then they started repeating hi welcome to Dunkin in a snarky tone at at least four times in a row; which caused me to leave. I won’t be returning

Dunkin never fails to have good selection. They always have good selection on anything. The thing about this place that dominates are the donuts. The donuts are so good and if you get a dozen or more, they tend to be cheaper than getting single ones.

The women taking orders in the drive through was extremely rude.She did not want to take the order when I asked for a dozen donuts and then when I started to talk she said with attitude hold on a minute I not ready, is there anything else first. I told her never mind. She replied whatever. I just drove off.

I had one of the worst experience here. The lady who took my order is so rude. If I was manager, I would've fired her in one second when I had pulled up to the drive-through and asked for my bagel to be evenly spread on both part of the bagel they were confused and didn't understand and I kept telling them what I wanted when I got my order they didn't do it which I figured so I went up to the window. Ask the lady the lady go to the I'll give you another cream cheese, then some other lady goes. What did you want? I said the other part of my bagel has no cream cheese on it and she goes you'll have to pay for the other cream cheese. I said usually people spread it on both. This is not a sandwich. She grabbed it so quick out of my hand, huffing and puffing. This was yesterday at around 10 o'clock. It sucks out. The younger generation has no idea how to act with people, but the managers really need to teach them when they should hire them in the first place.
