Did a mobile order through the drive thru and they didn’t give me the donuts I added to my order and the bacon I ordered was cold with clumps of cold fat on the bacon.

This little hidden gem dunks I’m obsessed! Staff so great so nice and will sometimes sing a greeting in the drive through lol. Coffee is made perfectly every time and bacon is crispy and that all I can ask for in life! Also cute deco inside too!

Twice I have come to this location and unfortunately both times I had experienced poor customer service . The cashier this last time refused my order stating she was not making hot food she was backed up then almost immediately proceeded to go on break .

Go every weekday for a coffee and donut or sandwich after work. The employees are awesome, they service is quick, the establishment is always clean, and the donuts and sandwiches are always fresh. Yes it's a little out of the way, being behind the gas station, but awesome employees make up for that.
Parking: Only about 5 stalls in front of establishment, but on the other side there is a nail salon and hertz and other business that you can find parking. Also huge parking lot on the left of dunkin that always has parking, which would be a 15 sec walk to dunkin front door.
Always great coffee and the staff is always over the top friendly and great starting from the manager. Fallon and her staff never disappoint . The best Dunkin around by far.
Your food tastes like bleach, or some sort of cleaning supplies. Service is great, and the coffee is good, but whatever you got going on with your food, needs to be addressed.

Ever since I started eating snacking bacon in Waltham I fell in love. Nice tasty warm bacon. I visit this Dunkin and I'm given cold bacon and told it's supposed to be room temp and they shouldn't be serving warm hot back at other places. Never
