Asked for a large coffee, got a medium. Told them It was wrong but told me that I paid for a medium and guess what? I paid for a large. That's what happens when you have fruity boys working at Dunkin Donuts serving your coffee.

I’m not sure the names of the employees working on July 24 @ 2:45 pm ish but they were the sweetest Dunkin’s employees I’ve ever came across. They all deserve raises hire more people like them ❤️

The customer service is absolutely terrible. They have a rude attitude. There machines freeze, and don’t even work when paying. And most of the machines to make most popular drinks are “broken”. The employees don’t even know the names of certain drinks. When I asked for a raspberry watermelon refresher that they literally had on a sign, he said to me as if I was stupid “Sorry can’t make that.” or in other words “Didn’t have it.” TERRIBLE. Avoid that location.
I will say the staff was excellent and very courteous and very friendly and very prompt. Not the greatest job but they had an excellent

Yet another NO LESS than 20 minutes process to get through the drive thu on any given morning. You'd think the drive thru would be IN AND OUT... Most places it is, not Dunkin. Do not stop if you don't have 30 minutes to waste. It's crazy that they can't get 4 cars thru in under 20 minutes unless it's SUPER late at night. And then you run into "the ovens are off for cleaning" here an hour or more before closing. So, no wait, but no toasted food either. It's sickening. If I didn't have a gift card from Christmas, I wouldn't even stop.
