Excellant Sevice and food. Highly recommend. My first time at this establishment was last evening.Having been brought up in family owned resturant I llove the fact that Fay’s is still family operated . .
waited over 10 minutes for our drinks. we barely saw our waitress. everyone had bread on their table, not us. food portions were small. very much overpriced. won't be going back.
Service was not good. We had to ask for our wine after ordering it . Server never came back to ask if we wanted another drink or how our food was. I asked for sour cream with potato never got it.

For my first visit, I ordered one of their specialty pizzas - Scallops and Bacon pizza. Opening the box, you could smell that they were indeed using fresh New Bedford scallops. It was delicious! The only critique I have is that it only comes in one size and it’s on the small side. I look forward to trying more of their menu items in the future.

Good atmosphere when you walk in. Service was great the waitress was fine. Our food was hot and delicious. Could not find anything wrong here.
Parking: Some days a lot is full and other days you can drive in. Best to go early. If lot is full street parking is usually minimal maximum one block
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is ground and no problems

Sat at the bar for dinner with friends. Bartender was friendly, attentive, mixed delicious cocktails. I had a Pina colada martini. Perfect if you have a sweet tooth like myself. A little coco Lopez in that cocktail would have given it more of that Pina colada taste. The size was definitely too small, 8 oz maybe? For a cocktail that has alot of juice in it, the portion should be larger. Calamari appetizer was just ok, not very tastey, lacked seasoning also a small portion. Not easily sharable due to the portion size. The breading on the calamari was too thick, dense. The sliced tomatoes and sliced banana peppers were very few and just thrown onto the plate as is. Not well put together. I then ordered the veggie pizza. Undercooked (definitely ask for well done on pizza if ordering one) it lacked seasoning. Was bland. I helped it by adding salt, pepper, and parm. (Which I rarely use on pizza). I did eat 1/2 the pizza. I'm 110 lbs and rarely have room for anything after an appetizer. Which tells you alot about the portion size you get here. After dinner I had an espresso martini. Made perfectly with espresso, was more toward the right size portion for their small martini glass, as this cocktail is on the strong side. A friend had the chicken parm entree. It appeared to be a decent size serving but what they did, was they filleted the chicken extremely thin and skimpy on the pasta serving.
All in all, the food was just ok, Service was excellent, atmosphere was decent and clean. I hadn't been there in years, thought we'd give it a shot. I most likely won't go back anytime soon unless for a beer. (That's assuming they have any, as a friend ordered 1 draft beer, the keg kicked and he was informed, they had no more) ??? Portions for the price are small across the board.

Meatballs were delicious and they weren't those giant ones some other resturants serve. Just a little disapponted with the skimpy amount of sauce they gave. Just about enough to wet the pasta. I added my own to it for more moisture. Other than that I did enjoy it. ?

1st i wanna start by saying the staff and service was good . And the food did taste great. But for their prices and portions given wasnt. For an example we ordered the shrimp & clams Mozambique plus the additional $3 for linguica... making this app $21/22. What we got was 4 shrimp 4 clams and 6 slices of linguica. I was in shock. And disappointed in myself for not taking a picture. Been to Fays before and know enough to go back and give it another chance. But it was 7:30 at night on a Saturday and it was not busy. I just think little more time and effort could of been made on on our entrees. $19 for 2 tacos. I usually get 3 for $17 anywhere else. And they came with sweet potato fries. So i had to ask the manager if i was getting charged extra for them as most places do. And wasnt something i asked for. Overall 7 out of 10. Will try again. But next visit will make or break our decision going there in future
