Tried ordering while outside the store by phone was put on hold and left me waiting called back same girl with glasses looks at the phone and walks away such poor service just so she can walk off and talk with her coworker

Everyone here ALWAYS smiles. We tell the employees every time we eat here: "This is THE cleanest Five-Guys we have ever been to!" Last night, we changed that to cleanest fast food restaurant any where, AND most full service restaurants. Food is great!

Aaron was at the register when i visteded HE WAS AMAZING, super understanding of my dietary needs, (i have to eat alot of food), served with a smile and FANTASTIC attitude!!@! IVE NEVER LEFT A REVIEW FOR A STORE, but his OUTSTANDING service made me feel the need too. give that man (or woman idk its 2024)(possibly them?) employee of the month, sincerly, a happy customer
