Spent 35 minutes before my order was supposed to be delivered to my table. It was an app order and it requested the table number which I gave. I had to go to counter after a long wait. Manger said she put it out and someone must've taken it. I said you didn't do your job and bring it to table 101 as requested on app. They finally brought my order...WRONG! Sandwiches incorrect, wrong size coffee, missing apple pie, extra hash brown and sugar instead of equal....I'm diabetic and sugar i avoid everyday! Makes me wonder if that's what they put in my coffee when I use the drive thru. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Manager couldn't even apologize to me! The server was a sweetheart and apologetic! Manager gets 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

30 minutes in drive through, this is no longer fast food

Came for a simple Big Mac meal, nobody was there, pulled right up to the window and waited suprisingly long to get a brick Mac, two rock hard buns with sour Mac sauce and cold hamburger. Completely ruined my appetite.I’ll make sure to inspect my food before pulling off thats for sure.

We came here for the play place for our son. Service was slow but was expecting it, looking at the reviews. If they are short staffed, there's only so much they can do. Our order was correct and food was as expected. The play place was ok. It has a few levels but my son didn't want to go up too high

Waited in line for 45 minutes at 3am.. drove to the window and nobody came. The line was in the street. More cars kept pulling in. Nobody was able to order. It says it's open 24 hours.. but NOBODY got ANY SERVICE! The drive thru lights were on. A few cars before us WERE able to order and get food. We have NO idea what happened or where the workers went. There was NO sign saying it was closed.. NOTHING! Tried calling SEVERAL times and it was constantly busy! HORRIBLE Place. It was our first time ever coming here and we will NEVER come back! DO BETTER!

I work overnight close to this McDonald's location and they always takes forever to take orders and they prepare my order wrong as well. The staff needs better training.

Always slow no matter if it’s drive-through or inside. If you go inside to order or pickup employees will continuously make eye contact and then not come over and address customers at the counter. As I write this review I have been standing here for about 10 minutes and so far all anyone has done is look at me or ignore me

DO NOT USE THE MCDONALDS APP TO ORDER!
You are better off using DoorDash. I ordered my food, went to pick it up.and it “wasn’t there”. No food and no refund, despite them saying it would be refunded. Good luck going through the app for any issues encountered. I also called the location and contacted corporate they said they would refund me and never did.
