Metro Pizza and Sandwiches

I bought a sub that was terrible. I’ve heard they went downhill but still have a try. Never again.

I ordered an Italian with no toppings just the meat cheese and mayonnaise with a side of hearts I got my sub it looked like all there was was ham and salami on it which is not an Italian sandwich no cheese and the hot I ask for was banana peppers which I didn’t mind And honestly I didn’t even mind that my sandwich was messed up I went to the counter and asked why she didn’t put cheese on it and she told me because she didn’t charge me I said excuse me the Italian comes with cheese she did nothing but give me an attitude and try to blame it on me I understand people make mistakes and I was willing to have them fix it but with the ladies attitude and then the lady that made it swearing to God she put cheese on it when I was directly showing them there was no cheese on it end of the story just straight disrespect and no good customer service

Place is not door dash friendly they wait till the dasher walks in. Don't door dash from here 20 + min wait when store is dead

I hadn't ordered here in over a year due to a problem. I figured they are still open so maybe they had a bad day when I had last ordered. Wrong I tried them again and wasted another 40 dollars. The steak and cheese with onions mushrooms cheese and banana peppers was a pile of steak with maybe a half slice of cheese and I couldn't find a sliver of onions or mushrooms. And not 1 banana pepper. Both my Dad and I shared and after a few bites it went in the garbage.
The tomatoe and cheese pizza looked good but we only ate a piece each.
Lesson learned. Never again.

Ordered door dash half my food didn’t arrive. Called store manager allegedly states they gave it to the driver. Food I received was disgusting and cold. Manager wouldn’t provide their name in order for me to inform door dash of what they said.

Why when I put contactless delivery do I get a phone call EVERY SINGLE TIME? And this most recent time, when they called I said to leave the order in the entryway, and the delivery driver waited at my front door for me to get my food. I SPOKE TO YOU AND SAID LEAVE IT IN MY ENTRYWAY.

Sauce isn't quite as good as with the previous owner and the prices, like everywhere are higher but it's still a great pizza and calzone place.

Order delivery. Food arrived. Ordered two steak& cheese subs, wings, pizza, fries. The subs were not edible. I took one bite and couldn’t even swallow it. The steak didn’t look like steak and if it was it was definitely the lowest grade beef you could get.

Pizza was perfect. Went to this location on accident. Was trying to get to the other metro pizza location in Dartmouth. They are nicer at the other location with customer service and friendliness. I ran into 3 different employees at this location, and not a single one said hi or made any attempt to be friendly. Pizza was so good, tho. I'd go back for takeout if in the area again.

I bought three large subs. One steak and cheese with onions. And two steak bombs. I know steak bombs. The two steak bombs that I requested you couldn't even tell the difference between the steak bomb and the steak and cheese. Never again!!!

My recent visit to Metro Pizza and Sandwiches left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. Firstly, the menu displayed options that were completely different from what was actually available, leading to confusion and disappointment when ordering. Secondly, the staff members were not only impolite but also disrespectful, using foul language and showing no regard for customers' concerns. The overall cleanliness of the place was subpar, which further added to the unpleasant experience.What's more concerning is the apparent trend of overcharging customers, as echoed in previous reviews. It's disheartening to see such disregard for honesty and customer satisfaction. I strongly advise potential patrons to reconsider visiting Metro Pizza until significant improvements are made in both service quality and integrity.
