Fairhaven location: “staff was very rude” We have been regular customers for years now and we never had bad service until this weekend. Staff was very rude! Sugar we don’t need the attitude when we tell you something is wrong. Just fix it.

Food and coffee are pretty decent, but on the expensive side. The chippi is an overrated drink. The vibe inside kinda sucks since they renovated it a few years ago... Lost the old feeling, feels too commercial and corporate now.

once a fresh french baguette that's was pressed on a grill and was a fulfilling quick lunch, now price is higher and the quality is lower , they give you a skinny squeezed-half-to-death hoagie roll bread. it was squeezed so tight I thought I ordered a burrito by mistake, plus unless you ask for a napkin, to my surprise my rolled up flat sandwich came without napkins. so... how will i clean my hands on the go which is why i ordered for pick up, assuming everything i would need would be included in the bag. if the prices go up and the quality remains I wouldn't care. But are we suppose to act like we don't see the change??? p.s.: no one likes the new cup lids. we like the old one w the plastic straws.

New owners. I don't go there for their signature chippy I just go there for sandwiches and their sandwiches are always good. But not as good as the previous owner. However, it's quality fast food. Recommend.
Parking: If you're new to this place you will look at parking in front of the establishment and think there is no way you're getting in, especially at peak hours. However you can drive down the side road between it and Burger King and you will see a parking lot to your left. Always space there.

I love this place I wish they had one closer then Dartmouth. I love the Chippi that's the whole reason I drive out here. The pastry's and cookies are good. I've never ordered food just pastry

I used to drive 30 mins to mirasols once a week with my mom for a lunch and chippi date. Since selling the business to new owners, the food is just bad. I haven’t been here in months until today, I ordered a chicken quesadilla (because how hard can a quesadilla be), and the chicken was tough. The quesadilla had so little in it, it was basically flat, and it was so bad I threw it away.

I love this place and go here often, but I noticed something on my way to work. The prices for add ons at the new Fairhaven location are more expensive than in Dartmouth. This is a huge smack in the face of the customers who live in this area and have been waiting for this location to open ever since it was announced.

I’ve been coming to Mirasol’s for years. I had an addiction to the chippi drink and would get one almost everyday. Unfortunately within the last year, the chippi has gone downhill. Seems as though it’s been due to them trying to make as much of the chippi as possible with them having 3 locations. It now tastes watered down, nowhere near as sweet and creamy as the original chippi drink. I went the other day for the first time in months, hoping that it was just a bad batch I had last but it still tasted watered down. Hopefully they listen to their customers and buckle down on bringing the chippi back to its old glory.
