Great food as always, but the recent renovations make us miss the old style. Feels like a hospital cafeteria now, where as before it was so much more cozy and welcoming. The booth seats are no longer comfortable either, and feels very cramped.

I didn’t want to write something about this store but mess up orders for two times in a row, it’s too much. Missed sandwiches and then we call, they can’t find the order, they hung up the phone. It’s too bad. Make sure you check your order when is delivery or take out.

I ordered at the kiosk because no staff were present at the front counter. I wasn’t even sure that was an option to order at the counter as it has been years since I’d gone to Panera. I ordered a cup of French (?) onion soup and a half southwest salad. Soup was onion soup with Mozz cheese and 5 croutons dropped in. Salad was bagged brown lettuce (a lot of the lettuce was inedible) with an avocado (fresh) and tortilla strips, a few kernels of corn as well as some chicken. The price was way too much for the lack of quality of the food. Would never order a salad there again, What they’re charging is not at all what you receive. I was really disappointed. $20!!!!!
Also- my colleague and I were there to eat lunch and connect for work. There was ONE outlet for laptops.

Half the bakery items said they were out of stock in the kiosk however they were all available on the display. Espresso machinewas out of order. The remodel here does not look better than before and they took out the counter by the window that had good place to plug my computer in at to work there and this place is busy. don’t want to take away the tables or booths for just me, although there were lots of people doing that and other larger groups were not able to find seats to eat at since booths were occupied with literally only one person who plans on spending time there working. Poor planning on the remodel imo

I ordered a large latte, i haven’t even taken a sip yet and this thing is almost half empty. I’ve had to go back lately because of problems with my food as well. Not very good service.
Very tasty food only complaint is there is not paper menu or anyway to know what is in each salad or sandwich ect. I had to ask item by item.

Wait staff at counter positions were too busy to service us due to preparing kiosk and online orders. We couldn't order souffle online or kiosk and waited to be acknowledged. Finally out of desperation we stepped up to counter and started calling out to a staff member toasting bagels who were just too busy to service line of customers online. It took over 5 minutes to get some to pay attention and then additional time to take and prepare our order. I expect more for $30 here and I have never seen such bad customer service. If you're short on staff then at least acknowledge your customers.
