My boyfriend ordered the Premium Family Feast. The sandwiches were not labeled so I had to open every one and figure out which 2 were mine and what was his. ( One of mine was extremely greasy)The salad wasnt the greatest for me. My boyfriend did like the soup and Chilli I'd think for the amount of money spent we would have an awesome meal.

Make turn off when I saw the young kid with the dreads making my breakfast with his underwear showing. The manager needs to step her game up and have her staff dress appropriately

It was not busy when I walked in to Panera, yet I stood there and waited for a quite a few minutes while another customer occupied the server 's time with a question about her app. That's fine, what I didn't like was that the other 3 employees were gabbing and didn't make a move to help, nor did the petit woman that I'm assuming was the manager. The guy at the counter was professional and apologetic. The rest of the employees were useless

We ordered 5 sandwiches and a salad. They gave us 4 and the salad was a completely different salad. If you call, no one answers and it just goes to an automated system.

Portions are significantly smaller than in other Paneras and they reduce the amount of meat in every order you get. They literally scam you here and don’t even heat up your food. Many of the employees are also very rude. Locals here warn against coming to this Panera.

I order the SAME THING... Every time... this is the 1st time my order was by far the worst.... service was OK But there was NO MEAT ON BOTH sandwiches. I.asked them to remake.. they did. Bit for almost $40 for 1 sandwich and a you pick 2 ... and the wait time.. to have NO MEAT.. irritating!!!!!!!!! Trying to post photos

I am sorry for negative post, however I am disappointed!!! We placed a group order for delivery and that went fine. However, my sandwich had pieces of black slimy lettuce on it. If it looks like that, it’s a NO to be eaten! Also, we specifically asked for extra butter for a baguette and we didn’t even get one! If I could, I would drive there to get it rectified, but we work too far and took a chance that it would be extra cared for….guess not! It may seem minor things to you, but you should get what you pay for and hoping I don’t get sick on anything I did eat, if I missed some of the slime.

Ordered food to be delivered.And the bag wasn't sealed and the bread was just thrown on top of everything. Very small portions for soups and underfilled sandwiches. 3 half sandwiches, a cup of soup, small slices of bread, and a salad cost over $75 and delivery was free.

Overall nice place to go. Parking is a little obnoxious due to being attached to the mall. Food is always good and quick. The booths near the pickup counter are tight and uncomfortable for an average size person.
