This Panera has gotten worse and worse since 2020-2021, I can honestly say that the service and quality has declined. The past 6 times I've gone here they have messed up my meal and orders take forever. Today I ordered online for my friend, his mother and I and not only did I not get all of my food but what I did get was made wrong AND I tried calling to inform them of the issue more than 4 times to which the phone tree restarted each time, meaning they wouldn't pick up the phone. I ordered two pick 2's and an autumn soup, what I got when I got home was two sandwiches with swapped specifics (I have allergies so I couldn't have the sandwich I ordered) and I was missing my soup for my pick 2. So of the $40 I spent today, I didn't even get all I paid for. I shouldn't have to check all my food before leaving but that's exactly what you'll have to do if you go to this Panera. Sad.

I walked into this fine establishment and procured myself one of those charged lemonade and I’ll have to say I’ve been going back every hour on the hour to get more this stuff it is ridiculously good I recommend to pair the lemonade with another lemonade I have lost vision in my left eye but 10/10 would recommend

27 bucks for some raw broccoli terriaki chicken bowl that looked like maybe a cup of food and a kids mac n cheese . The place is insanely busy and u can tell the food is rushed it's nit cooked thru or even hot when served. One Bite of crunchy rice I had ro return my order I couldn't do it. Manager was nice and refunded me asked if I wanted something else but I just left. I understand it's kinda like fast food there but for that price they can at least let the microwave or whatever they cook in finish it's job cause it was like chewing sand.Parking: Weekends in the mall r crazy busy ur better if parking next to sketchers on these days

Needed a place to exhale and wait until the mall opened. ? Panera provided me with a good bowl of chicken soup ? ? chips too.I was able to relax and enjoy a moment of solitude.
Horrible! $24 for 2 Fugi Chicken salads. Drove from Rochester to Dartmouth. Got home, " no tomatoes", no " cheese", and 3vtiny pieces of chicken.Should " fire" the person that makes the salads " immediately"!!!Soooo disappointed !Never again,!

I love Panera's asiago bagel..it's the cheesiest ! Ordering via the mobile app was easy and convenient.Walked into the restaurant and my bagel was ready when promised.Nice clean establishment. Courteous staff.
