I waited over 20 minutes for my food, then asked how much longer, was told 4 minutes. When my food did come out it was burnt. The girl that took my order / made my food kept looking over and laughing at me, didn't understand why til I got my food and see it was burnt. I then asked for a manager and showed her my burnt food. The girl that made my order continued to look over and laugh at me the entire time I was asking for my refund and waiting for the manager to find my order in the system. Some employees were working, some was just standing around not doing anything. I really don't understand how a business can have so many employees but yet my food took over 20 minutes and it was burnt. Maybe pay your employees more, so you can get people that actually care about their job and the quality of food being served. Will never be going back. It's sad to say I can find better quality pizza at a gas station.

Wanted to have a nostalgic moment and took a 15-minute drive to unbeknownst to me the newly renovated restaurant. I was greeted with a big smile by a familiar face and staple Corey, that guy is hilarious 😂 so A++ on customer service. I ordered a linguica, onion and banana pepper pizza and I was not disappointed. It was just as I remembered-an extremely large, 'New York style pizza' with a thin, crispy crust slightly charred to my taste. The sauce was sweet and savory, and the toppings were fresh with the perfect ratio balance. It hands down fulfilled my craving, and it was just as good as I remembered, if not BETTER, my expectations were definitely meet. Also might I add it was just as good, even after reheating in the air fryer! 🤗

Found a beard hair crusted into my french fry. Very disappointing since there are hardly any food options in the mall, one of them being a snack place and one a dessert place. Nowhere to get a meal but here and then there’s a beard hair in the food😫

Prices are crazy. $6.99 for a slice with 1 topping. You can get a slice twice the size from Market Basket & it tastes better. Literal kids behind the counter, all with an attitude. Definitely went downhill.

The food is just terrible, my boyfriend order a 3 meatand 3 vegetable calzone. There wasn't any meat in it, and one it was all dough. The marnina sauce was like spaghetti runny sauce. The meal was totally overpriced also. I know there's no other places to eat at the Dartmouth Mall but they are ridiculous.

All I got was 2 drinks and a bunch of hassle. I ordered a coke and coke zero because I was with someone who is diabetic. The kid gives me both drinks and it's up to me to guess what one won't send my friends sugar into a spiral. I said which is which ? He shows me how he did them in the machine like mimics it with his actions and tells me that's how . what ? Why didn't you press in the bubble on the cup that said diet ? Then as I walk away frustrated that I'm taking a big risk or waisting my money,I can hear him shit talking about me . Like I'm a big complainer. You had one job and it was an easy one kid. God with the way service is today I can't wait for automation.
