Sail loft was an excellent choice to take out of town visitors. The food was delicious and service excellent. The restaurant was packed but they were able to change our reservation time when my guests were delayed in Providence traffic. We tried the whipped feta and Thai shrimp appetizers. Both were excellent. Our main course choices were the steak tips and the pan seared scallops. The portions were generous and so delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Server forgot to bring drink that I ordered and wrong meal was brought to me. Was given luke warm clam chowder to eat while rest of my party had their meal. Took so long for my correct meal to come out, everyone was finished and got it to go. Very disappointing.

Great take for a casual eve~ Super ambiance, with lively bar/ music, dedicated booth/table space, then outdoor patio space. We sat in a booth. The food was very good, and the waitstaff attentive.

Not only do I recommend The Sail Loft but I had the very nicest Valentine dinner EVER. The rooms are charming and cozy, our server Melissa was knowledgeable, intelligent, articulate and perceptive (she brought me into the kitchen to meet and offer my undying devotion to the Chef and his Valentine cheesecake!). Each time we dine here we love the staff, the food, the ambiance, the Bellini that the bartender made specially for me. This is most definitely the “It” place. Thanks for a lovely evening! And, of course, we will be back!

Awful Experience! Went to celebrate an anniversary and ended up getting kicked out and banned. DO NOT waste your money here! Nice waitress sat us down and my wife faced a wall. We asked to be reseated to a 4 top table. Waitress said let me check with the hostess then returned and reseated us. Moments later a young man came to the table and stated you cant sit here (with a king size attitude) and said you need to go back to the original table. The waitress then stated I checked with the hostess its available.. I said figure it out his retort was leave and don't come back...Real professionalism demonstrated here! I will never come back!! News alert---There are many fine restaurants on the south coast Charlie!
Food was below average. Taste was just ok. In the Scallop Capitol of the world you have to do better than 5 quarter sized over cooked pucks. I thought I was ordering sea food from Kansas.

First time here. What a quaint little area! The service from Nicki and Carly was nothing short of amazing. Quint spot, not too loud. The chicken in both of our dishes was a bit dry. Because we had to wait a bit for our dinners, they compd the app. We were pleasantly surprised. The pumpkin cheesecake was incredible! Can't wait to go back!

Went for lunch….server was terrible felt like she did not want to be there!.. had to finally go to the bar for the ice I ordered twice with her. Onion soup was very good. Greek salad was awful, dressing way too sweet and chicken was so dry. We also had the sole which was not good and overly lemony. We love the other sister restaurants!! Glad we had a gift card, because not worth the money!! Sorry!!
