Yesterday my mom, son and I went to eat at the sail loft. The food and service was absolutely amazing. I had ordered a to go dinner for my husband and when I got it home to him, his chicken seemed raw. I called them just to let them know what had happened. They offered to replace the meal and deliver it to us! They were so accommodating and even gave us a gift card to come back. AMAZING service that you don’t always get these days. Absolutely adore The Sail Loft. The restaurant is full of natural light and a harbor view. Clean, airy, serene. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. The management team and owners are visible and greet us whenever they see us. The food is outstanding. My significant other and I always go with a ceasar salad, with house made croutons, lemon dressing and crispy chicken. It hits the spot everytime. We've also had the brownie sundae - our little guilty pleasure....
