Enough is enough please get it together you don’t get to do what you want with a cup of coffee that someone is ordering and paying $11.00 for a grande I’ve been in here numerous times and it seems as it’s getting worse when a customer goes up to the counter and ask for a cup of Coffee the way they like it or whatever else fill the order the way the customer wants it.
This is why you have those stickers on the side of the coffee cups. You ask for oat milk because of allergies they fill it with whole milk you ask for no foam they give you foam you ask for cinnamon they don’t put it in the orders are always screwed up some do their jobs very well some are too busy on their phones talking.or not paying attention You keep this up you are going to loose customers if you need extra help because you are short staffed talk to the owner or manager and get the help.
But to buy an expensive cup of coffee and not get it the way you order it is unacceptable! I stand there and wait and customers come in and complain about their orders being wrong not cool so better when i order a cup of coffee I want a full cup of coffee not half foam and only getting a half cup of coffee that is taking advantage specially when you are paying $11.00 for a grande I know business is Business but you shouldn’t take advantage of your customers.
for example filling their cups with full ice but only giving them 3 ounces of coffee not acceptable please straighten this out. My girlfriend went in today ordered a grande chai latte iced she asked for cold foam which should have been already taken into consideration when making her latte so when she reminded you guys about the foam because again you didn’t follow the order details you dumped out about 2.5 ounces of her latte and put the foam on top afterwards causing her to have less chai but paying full price. Enough is enough

The other day I tried the new Matcha lavender oat milk drink. It was perfect… The Matcha was beautifully blended with a nice thick layer of lavender cream. I got it at the Target in Swansea. Today I stopped at Starbucks in Dartmouth. Look at the photo… The Matcha powder wasn’t dissolved, there was very little lavender cream on the top. No one likes a mouthful of powdered Matcha. When I got home, I threw it in the blender. If you’re not gonna make a drink properly, then don’t bother making it at all.
The people that work here clearly have no clue what they are doing and probably don’t care either. This is the 5th time I have ordered a coffee on DoorDash with added things to it, paying 12 for a coffee, and then it coming as a regular iced coffee. I do not pay $10 in add on just to not receive them. Fix this issue immediately, retrain the employees on how to read an order. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

Ordered a large caramel frappe while my boss was at another store. After over 10 minutes of waiting I ask what's going on. They say someone took it, nobody even made a large caramel. Terrible service. They refunded me and gave me a dollar out of the tip jar because they didn't know how to refund me on my card.

First time, last time customer. The lady we ordered from was so crabby, rude and difficult, tbh I think she was the shift manager bc she was telling everyone what to do. Instead of finishing our order, we just took our coffee black and left.
If you’re already at the Dartmouth Starbucks, then treat yourself better and walk across the parking lot to Mirasols or even the Starbucks in Target.

Retraining is needed, not an option. I ordered an Iced Grande Veranda coffee, confused the barista made a hot coffee, I asked again for an Iced Grande please. Their , response I’m not sure how to make an Iced Veranda coffee, just a hot Veranda , please take the hot coffee? Wow , really,ok where is there a Dunkin

Not sure what’s going on with this Starbucks but there’s a dozen drinks in front of me, a totally empty cafe, and I waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks, well technically 12 minutes for one and another 8 minutes for the other. I don’t frequent Starbucks all the regularly, but I’m very confused why they make half an order at two very different times… I can’t really think of any other fast food chain that does that.

I been try to stop at this location only if don't have another option. The baristas are rude and only help if you at drive in. I walked in a couple times and they ignored me for almost 10 minutes. Does it really matter how much I spend??

Okay, the staff here? They are very nice and quick and nothing wrong there. What I am critical about is Starbuck's ice policy. I ask for less ice because I know how usual it is for the cup to be loaded, today however, I see just how ridiculous the ice amount actually is. The picture is of my large coffee cup, if which I poured the coffee out of. The amount of coffee I got filled a medium sized mug, the amount of ice....well in my opinion, if I had not asked for "less" ice I have no idea what it would have looked like ??

Wait forever for a drink that was made and let it on the counter for about 20 minutes.
Been coming here since it opened and all of a sudden magically today they decide to have an attitude and tell me I can’t place a mobile order for the drive thru without giving them enough time to prepare it? What kind of sense does this make? I literally just drove and said hi I have a mobile order and got hit with an attitude, when mind you there’s five cars in front of me they’ve been taking 10+ minutes on? Uncalled for attitude and comment because I place mobile orders through the drive thru on a regular basis and have never been told the timing in which the order is placed makes a difference. Corny. I will continue to place my order whenever I want LOL. This was all over one grande coffee by the way too, I can’t ?

I bought a cup of coffee at this store, but they only filled it halfway. This isn't the first time it's happened to me. Luckily, I snapped a picture this time. Their consistent behavior is deceitful. It's unacceptable.
