Today i was getting coffee with a friend of mine. And was met with the utmost uneeded horrible customer service. In customer service, you think that the cashier and the people you are going to wouls engage, be polite and talk to customers. Well let me tell you. That is a lie. Especially when you come to this store in particular. To think that you would have to wait in silence for almost 20 minutes. While the girls sat there (stood there rather) and stared at you, acknowledging your existence but do not engage in customers at all. And when you thought it couldnt get worse nobody takes your order till they feel like it. Furthermore, we order our drinks. And are waiting for another 30 minutes. I find it, embarassing, insulting and absolitely disgusting! This occured at 3:30 pm today. All we wanted was coffee. Usually my friends and i come here regularly. But today it was decided itd be no more. Due to the horrid customer service. Do not come here.

Hi 6 days ago I posted that I had another awful experience at Starbucks n. Dartmouth and gave up going there, so I tried the one inside target and was great. The barista was very cordial, apologized for not having fresh brew and asked if I could wait. It was worthy the coffee was great and I was leaving she offered to get me a stopper for my cup . Little acts makes a big difference, thank you.

Stood there for almost 10 minutes and the thin girl with the pink shirt was very rude slamming stuff down I do not appreciate the attitude and her not wiping her sweat off her face she also forgot to add the crumble for my Macadamia cold brew coffee and basically slammed it in my face I will certainly never be coming back here again
